- Mr. Very specific weird food combos, an obsession with justice and also deadpans everything
- And Ms. “Stares at you with her autistic eyes” and is blunt as hell

The prospect of Atsushi moving into Akutagawa’s apartment after a year of dating and just forcing color and warmth into the place until Akutagawa has no choice but to accept it, It goes from one pair of shoes by the door to two: Akutagawa’s polished black ones and Atsushi’s scuffed ones, held together by thirty different stitches because he keeps ripping them. It goes from one mug on the counter to two, Akutagawa’s plain black mug beside Atsushi’s ridiculous cat print one. It goes from one toothbrush in the holder to two, Akutagawa’s black one beside Atsushi’s patterned one. Now theres humming in the kitchen as Atsushis cooks, in the bathroom as he showers. Soft blankets draped over the couch and books left open on the coffee table. Colorful socks in random places that are always missing their pairs. White strands of hair on the pillows, the carpets, and all of Akutagawa’s clothes. A stack of coupons on the kitchen counter because Atsushi insists that they save money even though Akutagawa has more money than they can use

yeah yeah Asagiri said Chuuya probably thought Dazai was dead after he left the PM and before they learned he was working at the ADA, but I'm more interested in Asagiri confirming that Dazai didn't know Chuuya was faking being a vampire in Meursault, it wasn't planned, he just never believed Chuuya could have been defeated and turned into one. And then he was right.

Calling in a Promise - Even with over thirty years of chronic pain, this came right after a bad car accident that changed how I live life. Using Chuuya as an outlet helped me see how I am so much more than my pain, or my mobility. It's a near and dear.
Incorruptible - This is my baby. Written little by little, mostly on paper scraps at work, and then it became so much bigger than I ever hoped in the transfer process. Fun times to write.
Lost in the Rubble - This was just too much to write, and I was experimenting with a dual-timelines narrative style that I'm actually quite proud of, and has made its appearance in other portions of my writing.
Promises I Won't Keep - My love/hate. I love this fic, but I want to re-do it and do it so much better, and yet not ruin the complete feeling of writing this entire thing in 3 hours on top of a mountain while freaking out for the Whumptober daily deadline (that I set for myself)
Extrication - I am a huge fan of Chuuya saving himself, because he's a capable fighter and Executive of the Port Mafia, and having Dazai had freakouts because he Doesn't Know How to Deal With That. This was very fun to write and very fun to re-read.
