Took a bit to think about this answer,

Basically in this Au of an Au, Gin works as Dazai's assistant and she and the boss are almost never at the shop, usually somewhere else to deal with other business related situations, meaning that Tachihara barely knows Gin in this beast AU, but she's always in contact with Atsushi as a way to keep tabs on the flower shop.

As for Atsushi, he would always busy himself in the shop just as Dazai told him but more aloof and mostly to himself. Tachihara is relatively the same but I could see him try to befriend Atsushi after working together in a couple of shifts for some time.

He'd get Atsushi to ease up after work and probably the only one keeping him from willingly bearing too many tasks at once.

Thin flesh bleeds outside your soul

Because there is a demon sitting on his couch. In his living room. In his apartment. Leaning back against the cushions, one pale hand resting against his knee as he surveys the small space with an intelligible calm.

The fragments of his appearance register one at a time. Strikingly pale, tall and lean, a sea of dark attire. Black horns curve and twist from his dark hair, ending in sharp points, and a long tail tipped with a spaded end rests at his side.

Atsushi blinks. Once, then twice, as if the next time he opens his eyes, the delusion will clear up from his eyes and he will be staring at an empty couch. But the man—demon? in black remains.
