It’s been a while, but last month we celebrated service(adopt don’t shop!), our first snow fall together, a graduation, and a birthday! Much love from us Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

10.24.2017 late post but we got the chance to celebrate our one year together with new experiences from Apple picking, to seeing David Choi, a double date and a first time at Texas de Brazil 😄✌🏻

It’s funny how I find out things no one else knows about her. Even her best friends haven’t seen some of the things I have. Today was a good example of that, usually when I’m leaving for work I’m on the phone with her and I tell her I am about to go. This afternoon she was taking a nap and I had woke her up after I had showered and she said she’d keep me company on the drive to work. I get in my car and connect my phone to bluetooth and to make sure I say, “Hello babe!” and with a grumpy voice she answers, “WHAT!?”. At this point I know she’s in her grumpy tired/sleepy state so I just say, “I love you.” so she answers I love you back. I get to work not knowing the bluetooth had disconnected and so I called back to tell her I’m at work. After she had finally woken up more later in the day she had no memory of the whole thing and I just laugh at the fact I’m the only person that knows about her sleepy grumpy side. TBH I think it’s cute.

Part 2!!!!! You know she’s the one when she reads manga with you and have a conversation about the ones we read back in the day when we were in a grade school. Don’t judge we do facial pore masks together too....I don’t like having clogged pores on my nose and being able to see it. Pictured above is more monuments from D.C. and our acai bowls we got together. TBH all the things we do is just so much better with her. Sure I could go to the beach with my friends or get acai bowls back in California, but being with that person you love with everything just makes every little thing more amazing. Well I’m leaving for California today so sadly this post will be the one I make for the both of us before I leave. Till next time though...I can’t wait until our next adventure and my next visit to her. (already counting the days)

Part 1 of the my visit to her! Pictured above is our trip to the monuments in Washington D.C., which was a fun little adventure on its own. We didn’t plan on going that day, but we kinda went after trying to go to the Game of Thrones pop up bar (that line wasn’t worth it). Sidenote acai smoothie bowls and Jenga is a great combo. She got me the breast cancer awareness shirt and we got matching running shoes too, so we basically had a twinning day at the gym for the gains. We also had a fun, but pretty hot trip to Virginia Beach. It was my first time, but it was great.
