This guy. [Slaps on top of car] this guy won't hesitate to ignore or bend the rules to his own desire to get what he wants. He's got not one but two flesh-and-blood Neighbors in his squad. He used his C-Rank trigger knowing for a fact that he was going to get punished for it and it caused there to be a readjustement for that specific rule afterwards. His entire thing in the Away Mission Exam is that he finds whatever loophole he can use and spams cheese-tactics until it paves the way to victory, and it WORKS!

Not to mention the audacity? Dude lost one singular round and decided that he will try to recruit Jin friggin Yuichi the fortune cookie of Border into Tamakoma-2. Obviously did not work but a normal person wouldn't even dare thinking about something like that. Oh also the fact that in the early manga arcs, he said that he'd break the rules again if he must right in front of the upper management?? "I'd do it again if I had to protect others" I'd have peed my pants. Props to you but I would've peed my pants
