I always have diarrhea after fasting but I'm scared to poop at work not to mention smelly diarrhea😭😭😭😭😭 but I have very caring co workers and its usually so busy we dont get many break to eat so I know they'll notice if I don't

you gotta understand its not just locking in. its a whole shift, a deeper understanding. you can't expect change while upholding a lifestyle of a body you hate. everything you've done to get to where you are right now has to never happen again. and yes you can never get a fancy sugar filled latte to go, you can never go to McDonald's again, you can't just lay in bed chomping on popcorn and chips while u watch Netflix. accept it, get over it. this life is no longer yours. you are becoming a different version of yourself. renounce the lifestyle that made you hate yourself, become the new you and never look back
