Made myself a little keychain. It's suppose to be a little kitty with a ball of yarn. It's actually a mix media piece, I used air-dry clay, UV resin and some little pieces of golden flakes for the background. May Witch~ Finally finished this cutie~ The gemstone used is Emerald and I tried to use some of the colors that are associated with the colors of May, (supposedly). Okay so with my Inktobers finally done! Here is a collection of all of them!~ As I look back on them now, I'm extremely glad I was able to complete this series. I'm definitely happy that u decided to make it as simple as possible especially since I already had an idea for my star signs (the first 12 days) and my days of the week (the last 7 days). Though the hardest part was probably the middle part which was my Chinese zodiac designs (the second set of 12 days). I'll probably play with the style more, but I like what I did with them. It was also really enjoyable since I got to practice and learn values by using only black ink. Which I hope is extremely beneficial for me as I continue my artistic journey. Saturday, 土曜日 土, is the character kinda associated with soil and the earth, which is where I kinda took some inspiration from. I also just like the character design I created for it too. I really love her hair and painting it was tons of fun too!! So this is the end of my ink adventure for now.. let's see what the new year brings me!
