Ramb is the funniest Toby Fox character of all time actually. This random reskin of a Chapter 2 NPC shows up out of nowhere with zero foreshadowing and acts like he's actually known literally every single major Darkner from the previous chapters drops the words "chaos" "big shot" and "freedom" three sentences away from each other like he was in a "i remember youre genocides" meme except fully unironically says he's gonna show Kris "some REAL fun" and give them Freedom only to traumatize them with an evil ass zelda knockoff that railroads them into killing people and John Mantle and then has the fucking gull to die on you no boss fight no crystal no resolution no nothing before being spirited away by god knows what. if you don't pursue his evil ass sidequest he gets off-screened and some hater talks about how he sucked ass and nobody loved him right next to his own fucking corpse. kris and susie don't even take him to castle town they actually just leave him to die. he helps your gay uncle imprison your mom in a hampster ball. he's british and he lives in boston.

The pledge of allegiance bit is one of the funniest moments in the show. Having the kids in the back row battle to say it the fastest and loudest shows you exactly what kind of nerds they are. Why are you trying to win at pledge of allegiance. Also Leaf breaking out into the national anthem made me laugh every time.

#hold on i'm going to copy op's tags over because they're crucial:#I know the direction I took chip is not that obvious but trust me it makes perfect sense #chip’s personality is pretty linked to his own perceived masculinity (‘alpha male’ etc.) so cat’s is linked to her femininity #also white pants because she gets her first period during the bee and everyone sees </3 #I think she notices in the stands and doesn’t want to get up and then when she does the other spellers all see it before the audience does #(and they all react with varying levels of empathy)#the word she gets is smth like ‘crimson’ and part way through she turns so that the audience can see a very obvious red stain on her pants #and their ‘ohh no….’ reaction causes her to forget where she was up to and repeat a letter (and she gets eliminated)#I changed logainne’s name because too many of their names ended with an n #also logan is mostly a boys name while riley is used more for girls nowadays so he keeps schwartzy’s gnc swag #I considered sycamore as an alt name for olive cos oliver isn’t as whimsical (or plant based) as olive but idk #he would say to barf ‘did you know that the last 5 letters of sycamore spell amore which means love?’#ig it still works with ‘I‚ lover’ and then you get ‘well did you know that if you swap the first 2 vowels in lillian it would be. lillian.’#and yeah some of these designs are basically one-to-one copies of the new world stages cast sorryyyy I like them #I do actually really like this drawing like look at these sweeties <3 #<- prev tags #these are really super great op i'm so enamored i love thoughtful genderbends #spelling bee
