If, just as a concept, two dumbasses with poor impulse control, no time constraints and unlimited funds were driving across the country from New York to California, what kind of things would they stop along the way for?

I will go to any and all museums. I do not care. Tennis museum. Car museum. Modern art museum. Glass museum. Historical, literary, sporting, arts, science, all of them. There is a museum of industry in Baltimore that they had to chase me out of with a broom at closing time. The MSI in Chicago. The old Higgins Armony. The MoPop in Seattle. Every single building of the Smithsonian.

I will be going to THE AMERICAN PRECISION MUSEUM this July and I am unreasonably excited.

Introducing SHRIMP CITY!

Look cool as hell in while talking about shrimp science with your friends.

For example: 🦐 Mantis Shrimp (who punch so fast they create pressure voids in the water that collapse to produce shockwaves, heat, and even a flash of light!) 🦐 Pistol Shrimp (Instead of a punch, pistol shrimp create their shockwaves using the snap of their claws!) 🦐 Hermit Crabs (who aren't "true" crabs, but Shrimp City is an inclusive town) 🦐Yeti Crabs (who live in Shrimp City's sister city, Hydrothermal Ventopolis, where they grow bacteria on their hairy arms that they lick off for a snack!) 🦐 Insects (who are not shrimps per se, but did you know recent research suggests that insects group with the crustaceans?? You may have heard that shrimps is bugs, but nay… bugs is shrimp).

What kind of science education are you funding by buying a shirt, you ask? Well, lots of stuff, but here's a recent example:

Here's a mural all about local biodiversity that we painted in collaboration with a Philly public elementary school with local artist NDA!

We got the kids from the school to help us paint it and everything! These projects are educational and cute as hell.

Look who I finally finished!! Sorry for the delay, I’ve had a headache for, oh say, about a month and a half now. A sparrow racoon hybrid makes our second trash griffin! As if a racoon isn’t awkward enough normally, now it gets sparrowed!

The final MTH 2023 auction fill. It's been a year and a half but I have adored working on this and getting to do such a detailed illustration for one of my favorite stories from @scifigrl47 'Maybe Tomorrow' (though let me be clear all of her works are my favorite)
