This is part of a series and what got me hooked on the 'Q is a Holmes' trope; it is absolutely fantastic and I love it. Basically, Female M is Mummy Holmes and that's how James and Q meet before he becomes Quartermaster.

My favorite fic with this trope! I have reread it so many times that I want to give myself amnesia just so I can experience it for the first time again. I adore this fic, it is so so good.

I love this one, it has morally grey Q, which I was completely on board for. Also, Mycroft and Sherlock believed Q to be dead, so it has a really interesting plot. Definitely recommend giving it a read.

Orphans come and go, and he's been around long enough to know that he needs to look out for himself until he's old enough to leave. But this new orphan is small, and naive, and his guilelessness attracts trouble. But when this kid latches onto Bond with a loyalty that James has never had before, well... staying aloof might not be as easy as James had thought.

This is the cutest fic, I love this one so much. It has young James, Q, and Alec. Would also highly recommend for anyone who likes them to check out Yuurei's podfic of this story, its amazing!

Prince of the House of the Havenots by Only_1_Truth

Summary: When MI6 is hacked, they manage to track down the source of the attack - and send their nearest agent to either contain or eliminate the threat.

James Bond often gets told that he was made 007 far too early, and has a habit of being generally hard to handle. That being said, he's perfectly capable of assassinating threats to Queen and Country - that is, until he starts getting a bit curious about this threat...

The House of the Havenots is an organization that specializes in training killers-for-hire that no one would expect: children. They'd got one specimen, however, who is more than just a kid assassin. And his attack on MI6 might just be the start of things...

Another story by Only_1_Truth, I would recommend all of their stories, they are all amazing! This one is super interesting and has BAMF Q, I loved it.

Summary: James and Q have been mated for over a year, they've stopped trying to avoid pregnancy, and now the Quartermaster finds himself expecting… James is overprotective, Q is in over his head, and both are just a little bit over the moon. Of course, they don't train SIS agents in pregnant omega care, or child care for that matter… Or meeting your mate's more than slightly unhinged family. Neither do they train Quartermaster's in juggling pregnancy symptoms with work, protective lovers, and growing your own life form.

This one is the longest one on the list, its about 300K words, and I absolutely loved it. It has Domestic 00Q, Protective Big Brother Mycroft, Sherlock being Sherlock, and John being the reasonable one like always. I binged this so fast it was honestly embarrassing and I just started rereading it again.
