👻     its when she finds berries on the ground some relief is lifted off of her chest. Hands move to lift them off the ground , but when eyes look up , her face drops from that smile and a look of absolute terror crosses her features ( it should have been the other way around , she should have been scaring them! ) And then , the berries are dropped and there’s a look of terror and apology , but she says nothing --

it’s dark. dark dark dark! how could she be so careless, she needed to find somewhere with some light, moonlight, streetlight, anything would work! No no no! This can’t be happening. Her eyes are tightly shut as her hands are out in front of her, ready to go through anything that would be in her way to find somewhere safe for the night. She should have just stayed where she was. Why did she have to carelessly drift off? 

and then, when she least expects it, she collides with another. 

this human is looking at her. looking at her like he wants to hurt her. ( that most likely wasn’t the case because literally anything that looked at her was automatically out to her her ;; according to Du anyway. ) She’s shaking and she backs away. She didn’t want any trouble. She was alone, it was getting dark, she was scared and hungry. The last thing she wanted to do was run into a  t r a i n e r  and yet, here she is. 

she’s shaking. she’s unaware of the other until they speak. and even then, she’s shaking like a leaf. it’s dark where she is, and covering her eyes make it even darker. hiding between two garbage cans was probably not the best place to be, but it was the only place she could think when she was being chased by something big and scary.
