sᴏɴ ᴏꜰ sᴀᴛᴀɴ.

    i’ve been sick since december ( darn sinus problems ) and i’m still fighting it. activity will be low. on top of the sickness, i’m also working on an oc. ;; thanks for your patience and i promise i’ll be active as soon as my health improves.

    any moment that shows his vulnerable and sensitive side. as much as i enjoy his fights and the bickering, it’s refreshing to see him quiet and in his thoughts. i liked how he didn’t think twice on pulling the sword if there was a possibility of saving his father. i like how he didn’t hesitate to punch someone in the face for hurting animals. i like how he refused to let kuro die and instead risked his life ( something that he does countlessly over and over without wavering ) to bring peace back within the furry animal. he’s really a good guy deep down and it’s a shame that no everyone can see that truth.

    rin is courageous and brave. he has the heart of a lion. he’ll do anything to protect the people that he cares about, and even strangers he’s not yet spoken one word to. he’s heroic and a good person deep down despite his outer flaws. he doesn’t let the demonic side take control of him; he’s constantly fighting against it and training himself to become better. he’s truly an inspiration to be like and i aspire to obtain several of his impeccable qualities. always do better than the day before. it’s a good motto to have.

    a way to kill time, i suppose. i started a long time ago, back when i was fourteen. now it’s become a lot more than that. it’s a place to meet people, make connections with those that have similiar interests, a haven to escape the tough waters of reality. 

    as much as i’d like to state that we would get on along well, i have a feeling that we’d be hot and cold. our personalities are similiar: i’m hotheaded, blunt, forgetful and childish. for these reasons, we’d bicker a lot. even with him inside of my head, we’re like.. constantly back and forth on what he should do, haha. he usually wins out in the end. =-=;

    “--!!”         he’s taken back by her words, but he should have expected her to react in such a way. didn’t strike him as the emotional type.    ”oh yeah? i’ll show you a lot of noise--!”    heat rises within him. he takes a step towards her pale visage, beady eyes glaring hardcore into her soul. the sheath on his back shifts slightly from side to side as she’s approached and he stops walking when he’s placed right in front of her.    “you don’t know anythin’ about me, so why are you bein’ an ass, huh?”

    “you wouldn’t DARE--   okay, okay!   what do you want me to do?   writing isn’t my strong suit.. neither is researching.. or.. homework in general..   the mere thought of school kind of gives me hives and i start breaking out in a cold sweat and--”    

    “that easy?     ..i’m trying to catch up, but it’s-- not.. working.

    “ugh.. whatever..    i’m tired.”

    “dude, you are way too cocky right now.”

    “this is boring.     let’s do something FUN.”

    “what?!   no--   i’m pretty sure you’re the dumbass--   you dumbass.”    their back and forth banter was the norm for the okumura twins. if they weren’t bickering, something was certainly wrong.    “get some rest then, four-eyes.”     his first response is spouted off without any real thought behind it.    a minute of silence passes by. a quiet admittance on his part comes forth.    “-- i’m tired, too.”

    “hey! you ready to go?”

    “don’t spout such nonsense, dumbass. you’re paler than a ghost.”    he’s adjusting his tie around his neck.    “what’s up? somethin’ happen with work? or is it--.. ”
