Highly recommend this book! It's so interesting. Well written and extremely well researched and sourced book about what truly motivates people to achieve goals and find satisfaction. It's really probably written for a business perspective on how to best motivate employees, but I'm finding it easy enough to transfer to school and even myself. He talks about the 'third drive' - where we are intrinsically motivated simply because we want to do something, and how to build on this drive. And it's not with rewards! Arg sorry for novel. Loving it 😋 @loularue you would like this one!
