Hey everyone! Admin Ghost here. No cute Sebastian Stan gif because this is a semi-serious post. We have some questions in the inbox that I might not be able to get to today, and I’m going to tell you why-- if you’re in the discord, I’ve updated you on my inability to post currently. My real life got very... hectic.

TLDR; I am going to be very occupied and unable to upkeep a steady posting schedule due to some events in real life that will keep me busy at odd and unexpected times. This is very disappointing to me because when Sapere was created, I thought I would have the time necessary to provide both intricate plots and keep up with in-character responses. More than anything, I thought I would have the time to make this a fun game for everyone involved. The absolute last thing I expected was to run into these problems. I am so sad because so much work has been put into this roleplay, and into the characters, that needs someone to keep up with it. And, ultimately, I cannot feasibly make the time for it. I do not want to resign as admin, and I don’t want this group to suffer because of my inability to give it the attention it deserves.

So! I’m going to be looking for another main/plot admin to help. Both Shyla and Indi have discussed this with me, as both of them as busy as well, and we think this to be the best option. If anyone is interested, please message. I apologise for not being able to answer all questions in the inbox or in our IM’s at the moment. Thank you!!

Yes! Someone could definitely have notice to hack into a place like Cyberlife, or one of the other large companies for any number of reasons, as would a deviant android.

PLOT DROP 001 –

DATE: JULY 21st 2038

CyberLife is set to release their new models by the end of the year. Having just released the news at the recent CYBER-CON (held in Detroit), they announced at the Keynote they will be releasing four new models, including further prototypes designed to work with law enforcement, specialising in targeting the recent RED ICE problems that are affecting major cities such as Detroit, Los Angeles, Houston, Miami and Indianapolis.

Signs of android deviancy floods the news stations. While there is only a minimal amount of deviant android behaviour being covered by the media, fears among the human population continues to rise. News stories of minor android attacks or androids running away from masters/owners/establishments floods all news stations. Houston PD have guaranteed the public they have the situation under control and are working closely with CyberLife to keep the problems at bay.

With the recent news of android deviancy, CyberLife also announced at CYBER-Con a new software update in hopes to calm the public. The software update is scheduled for mid-August and is said to repair any software instability in deviant androids.
