Backstory:

Clone Wars Era

Their first interaction: when GU has to accompany a Republic senator to a meeting with the Separatist

GU & ET instantly argue and stays away from each other until the meeting is over

To their surprise, an ambush on ET happens, but GU saves her before she was killed → GU is then tasked to protect her while the senators are under their own protection

They slowly bond and become fond of another as more conflict arises and they learn to fight together and that not everyone on either side is completely good or bad

They capture the culprit and discover they’re part of an organization that wants to tear down both governments

ET & GU joint forces and eventually finds the hidden base and justice to the planet and peace between the government in whatever meeting/treaty they held

GU reluctantly leaves, but they both promise to keep in touch (they will later see each other as the war continues)

Suyin Beifong = Duchess Satine

Kuvira = leader of the Death Watch (Kyr'tsad)

STORY (based off Book 1):

K is hanging out with M & B riding Naga but then gets called by T to go on a mission

M & B - smugglers until Korra found them → Jedi

K and Tenzin head to Mand’alor

They arrive to check with the Mandalorians on what they need, but they assure that they are fine and do not need Republican (much less Jedi) help

They are however allowed to stay to check things out under permission/limitations

K can’t sleep one night and patrols the building and runs into a spy (A) and chases them

K and A fight for a little bit, but A manages to escape

The next morning, the Jedi have a meal with the senate and other hierarchy

K meets A at the table and has negative thoughts (and maybe a slight crush)

A gets the negative vibe instantly but talks sweet to K just to mess with them

A gives K a tour around the place, K finds it weird, then A shows them the garage and a speeder A has been building

Hiroshi is a famous inventor of the speeders for Mand’alor

K and A become friends, but A keeps a distance due to their job

A and K talk more lmao (idk whatever political or fluff moments happen) - similar to “Heroes on Both Sides” Clone Wars episode

(PLOT SIMILAR TO “THE AFTERMATH” TLOK EPISODE)

K overhears HS talking and accuses the Satos plotting with Amon (Count Doku)

A gets mad and HS takes it in stride and is “innocent”

That night: K tries to spy on the Sato’s, but gets interfered with by the spy!A again → THEY FIGHT

A knocks K out then and kidnaps them → chains them in a confined room to be interrogated

A interrogates K, and oddly enough over some time, they talk a bit and slightly bond?

K is still a dork and aggressive but also kind so after making threats, they end up just casually talking with the bodyguards and later A

Amon wants to kill K as a message (same moment from “The Revelation”), but A now likes K and doesn’t want K dead, so they plan an escape the night before

K and A escape from Amon and A wants K to return to Tenzin and warn the people, but K wants some more evidence first, so they go further into the compound to find data

They get into the open (alarms have been set off and are hunted), but A won’t go with K and insists on staying to help spy and sabotage the “revelation”

K is conflicted over it but promises to come back for them and leaves to warn the council

A returns to the Death Watch and lies to HS and Amon

HS believes A, but Amon doesn’t and adjusts the plans without telling A

Amon also sends out a spy to watch A if they do anything sus

First off: HAPPY TRIALS TO JACK WOLFE! The best Orpheus to ever exist and I will forever mourn that I never saw him live on Hadestown😭

Also, I started rereading Metaphorses by Ovid last December (I first read that book my senior year of college and loved it but don’t get it till now - 2 years later)

I watched Percy Jackson (my favorite book series as a child) s2 and can’t wait to have s3 within the same year- like what?!

AND finally got into Epic the Musical thanks to Percy Jackson s2 bc they kept mentioning The Odyssey (not to mention that Nolan’s movie will be released later this year too)
