How dare Pattie Gonia exist without the blessing of a company that happens to have a very similar but not same name. Clearly the solution is for Pattie Gonia to stop existing and become a different entity entirely that some other company can then come along and claim trademark gripes about. That’s just the way the world works, you have to keep changing your name until you land on the one in a billion shot of one that has nothing that sounds remotely like it in all of existence.
