Same thing goes for him mocking his critics on Instagram, does he think that nobody took issue with that?

Love how the majority of US based cons seem hellbent on inviting the shittiest people that they can think of to their events to “fight back” against the “woke mob” or whatever.

He’s one of the few POC creators I can think of who really made it big in the western animation industry. I mean, for fuck’s sake, the man created his own shared universe while working for various different companies.

During the pandemic, I would listen to various interviews he’d done over the years to stay creatively motivated during a really dark period of my life. No lie, I could listen to him ramble on for hours about animation, his passion and love for the medium are that infectious.

So watching him sell his soul to Amazon is really heartbreaking.

He had no issue with dunking on AI and greedy studios two years ago, but now he’s championing AI because he’s a corporate sellout.

Oh, and the fact that he’s using his wife and son as human shields is really fucking gross. I agree that they shouldn’t be harassed, but name dropping them to play the victim is just super scummy.

First off, who are the folks that are happy for you? Because every industry professional I follow on social media is dunking on you. And second, you're not "experimenting with AI", you're trying to profit off of stolen artwork because you'd rather sell your soul to Amazon than create anything of value.

Arin was so notorious for saying the N word that people would make "N word compilations" on YouTube because they thought it was the funniest shit ever.

And by the way, Arin didn't have a change of heart until the George Floyd protests of 2020. He was perfectly fine with saying slurs for a fucking decade.

At the end of the day, if you enjoy Arin's work, then more power to you.

The fact that I dislike him shouldn't factor into your enjoyment of his work. Because when all is said is done, I'm just some rando with an opinion that you don't have to listen to or agree with.

Yes, I'm sure the woman who built her entire internet persona around being a quirky self depreciating weirdo who loves being hyperbolic is going to legitimately quit the industry because of fan backlash.

While it is true that it does seem likely that she'll never work on another animated series, I doubt she'll quit making music or working on other people's projects.

While I do think the hate she's been getting regarding the leaks is unacceptable, I truly wish she formulated a better response.

Like yeah, no fucking shit the show became bigger than you, each episode was raking in 100 million views. People who aren't familiar with the show know who these characters are, Glitch built their entire brand around the show.

Saying "who cares" regarding the leaks to your series finale and then rolling your eyes at the people who are criticizing your response is fucking wild.

"You say you're not going to watch this show because of this person's involvement and yet you watch this other show that features this other problematic person. Checkmate, atheists!"

Not to be "that guy", but it's 2026, can we please stop with these whataboutism arguments? Just because the OneyPlays guys are reactionary edgelords doesn't mean that Arin Hanson should be automatically absolved of every shitty thing he's done over the years.

And to be perfectly honest with everyone, I legit hate the fact that I'm even acknowledging Arin Hanson's existence. As I truly believe that nobody should be giving him the time of day, but sadly, that's not the world we live in.

His involvement with Gameoverse has killed any interest I may have had in that series, as I don't feel comfortable supporting a show that features him in a creative position.

I can ignore his shitty voice acting, but his involvement in the writing is what irks me. I’m sorry, but I have no interest in watching a series that's co written by a guy who thinks that saying the N-word is the funniest thing ever.

And no, he wasn't a kid when he was saying racist shit on Game Grumps, he was in his twenties.

Watching wrestlers play up to an invisible crowd in empty arenas is hilariously sad.

Not to mention the blatant spot calling during matches.

Wish I could say it got better when they implemented the Thunderdome, but the piped in crowd noise was insanely distracting.

I genuinely want to know who thought that this was a good selling point.
