A couple months ago I was T-boned on my way home from a concert and was airlifted. I lost consciousness on impact. As a result, my pelvis was shattered and I got a concussion. Since then, I’ve learned to walk again and am on track to return to back to how I functioned before. I’m actually healing 2-3 months faster than the doctor initially expected me to. Additionally, I recently got accepted into a doctor of physical therapy program! Healing is an ongoing process, but I’m not gonna let trauma define me!
