Hey Aveloka! Can I ask a question? I see how amazing your art comes out after drawing! (I love your cotl au btw) I was just wondering what kind of materials/ brands do you use to make such beautiful art? *Pencil brand, markers/brand, paper?, etc, etc...* essentially what are your art recommendations for a noob artist? :) thanks for reading
i like Sakura for fineliners and watercolors; and Canson for sketchbooks and watercolor paper. For sketching I just use a generic mechanical pencil to get neat fine lines. Sometimes ball point pens too.
Keep in mind you dont have to get the brand tm art supplies tho, every artist is different and along your journey creating you are gonna learn what works for you, find your favorite mediums and supplies. Theres very good student grade materials that work pretty well and won't cost you an eye, so you can give them a try and see what you can make with them✨
Big fan of Royal Lagnickel basic art sets, ive only used the watercolor one myself and it only made me love watercolors more when i was just starting
