'In this cemetery without tombs, but where their close relatives sleep their last sleeps, the women of the village have come to keep vigil until dawn in communion with them. When day breaks they will eat the offerings which they have brought for the deceased. No sadness hangs over this family rite which reunites the dead and the living.
