So, a little game called Palworld dropped its 1.0 update last Friday. I bought it while I was in early access, since I like free-roam survival games, and I was very much looking forward to the official release. I wasn't expecting Pocketpair to add a bunch of new Pals alongside the new story content!
BTW, I've heard that the Nintendo lawsuit might be ending soon.... And from what I've heard, I'm not thrilled with the end result. While we got the most important victory - Nintendo being unable to nuke Palworld out of existence like they wanted - apparently Pocketpair is still going to have to pay out $30K. Sure, that's probably pocket change for a corporation, but that's not the issue here. Nintendo still technically won this case, and that'll probably give them enough incentive to do this again with another indie company at some point. Ah well, I don't have a Switch 2, so I wasn't planning on buying Pokopia or Winds&Waves anyway.
The bottom figure is Perfect Effect PE-09 Ninja, AKA 3rd Party Classics Rosanna. I was only going to have Micronus and Sky Blast, but I felt it'd be appropriate to include her as well.

To be frank, I thought the Sentients' culture would be something a lot more alien, something that would reflect their weird natures. But they're going with a Film Noir theme, and a lot of what they're describing is surprisingly human for a race of eldritch machines. Granted, I haven't played through The New War, or The Old Peace, so maybe their civilization is supposed to resemble that of Earth, but it just seems weird from an outside perspective.
On the other hand, Dick Tracy-ing my way through Tau sounds incredibly entertaining, especially if they play the Noir Detective thing to the hilt. I had better hear the line "Sleep With The Fishes" in this story Quest, DE.

Fate/Grand Order's 9th Anniversary has arrived, and so has their latest waifu, Space Ereshkigal. I've been looking forward to finally rolling for this character, but gacha gonna gatcha, and I still don't have the cute cosmic goddess. Fortunately, there's still some time before her banner ends for me to scrounge up a few more 10-pulls... hopefully I'll be able to make a miracle happen (and hopefully, next year's anni character won't give me nearly this much trouble).

Animated Legacy Optimus Reviews - Planet X PX-07 Trion (A.K.A 3rd Party Fall of Cybertron Paddles)
Reviews in the Box is filmed in front of a live studio audience... by which I mean the guy taking the pictures.

Remember when I made a whole toy review of some Transformers figures? Wanna see me do it again?
The toy show that Optimus is talking about is the annual toy show at Farpoint Toys & Collectibles. There's always a bunch of different sellers there, and quite a few of them have TF toys as part of their stock - including 3rd Party stuff. Triton wasn't the only thing I picked up at that show, but none of it was as cool as the 3rd party toy, so Optimus won't be reviewing any of them.
Something I didn't mention in the review - Triton has a pair of 5mm circles in his thighs. I think they're just there for decoration, since they're pretty shallow... but I was able to stick his cannons in there, and they'll stay in place. Also, he's got 5mm ports in his feet (they're part of the transformation), so if you have any Weaponizers on hand, you can go nuts with him.
If the lighting seems to change, that's because I had to move to another room mid-way through taking pictures.
This won't be the last review comic that I do; I already have a list of things I want ALO to review, and I even have some half-finished scripts that I'm working on. Hopefully, I don't take another year to put the next one out.
