Enderal (SKRYIM): This is a full, complete and indipendent game. It is honestly one of the best rpgs ever and it is a free mod for Skyrim. It is completely voiced (with silent protagonist) and has its own lore, story, endings, dialogues, companions and characters. Two characters (Jespar and Calia) can be romanced indipendetly from gender;

The IWD2 NPC Project (ICEWIND DALE 2): This is a mod that adds NPCs (companions) to Icewind Dale II (the old version). Two of the companions can be romanced by both genders: Jaemal (a neutral good aasimar sorcerer male) and Peony (a chaotic neutral gnome wizard female);

Dusky NPC for IWD (ICEWIND DALE ENHANCED EDITION): This mod adds Dusky, a half-orc cleric who can only be romanced by a male player character. The romance is amazing and it definitely made my Icewind Dale playthrough so much more fun. It can also be used alongside the other companions mod (Kulyok's IWD NPCs), as the characters have banter;

Dorn romance expansion mod (BALDUR'S GATE 2: ENHANCED EDITION): This is technically not queer but given Dorn is one of the only two characters that can be romanced by a character of the same gender, this mod is here too! This is an expansion of Dorn's romance, which adds some scenes, some complexity and less tragic endings;

Complete Bi overhaul (DRAGON AGE ORIGINS): This mod adds same sex romances for Morrigan and Alistair;

Toybox for Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous and Woljif Romance mod (PATHFINDER WRATH OF THE RIGHTEOUS) The Toybox is an amazing tool for Pfwotr that will allow to basically modify most of the game, and with a simple click you can also allow equal opportunity romances! Woljif Romance instead add a fully written romance for Woljif (not gender locked).
