It’s that time again!
By this time, Meghan surely has her jewelry picked out. She will have decided if she is wearing a tiara (I’d put money on it), and if she is wearing custom jewelry, it will have been ordered. Her flowers are no doubt also being sourced, as well as bridesmaids and page boy outfits designed.
This look is similar to the last, although perhaps even simpler. The dress is fitted perfectly all the way through, with a subtle flare out at the train. The sheer veil is simple, but creates a statement with its length. Because this dress is so clean, without a single embellishment, I decided to have Meghans hair coifed back, with no tiara and minimal earrings.
I’m just going to go ahead and pat myself on the back on this one
3 WEEKS!
As we know, flowers, music, and the cake have been decided and announced. In the weeks ahead, there are still a few surprises in store. We now officially know who the best man is (was there ever any doubt), but we’re still waiting for an announcement on the rest of the wedding party. Although Meghan and Harry are on their own timeline, William and Kate announced their wedding party a full 2 months before their nuptials. And although we know Ellie Goulding performed at their reception, that fact wasn’t known until the day before the wedding, and that news wasn’t even released by the palace, so we’ll see if Harry and Meghan follow that same protocol. I think they’ll go with someone they both like but isn’t a chart topper quite yet. If you remember, Ellie Goulding was a relative unknown before the wedding, with only one hit song. My money would be on Ed Sheeran, but he has a concert in Dublin the day of. Maybe he can head over to the reception after!

One month to go! 👰🏽💍👑💐
*nudge*nudge* Kate, wear this coat again
Just let me pretend like I influenced this outfit choice.

Happy Almost Spring Everyone!
With the wedding only months away, I decided to continue with my countdown of bridal looks for Meghan. At this point we can safely assume Meghan has not only chosen a designer, but also has a design picked out, with materials and notions being sourced, although I am sure they are still doing fittings.
This is one of my own dream wedding dresses. It’s simple with long sleeves, has elegant lines, a full skirt, a low back, and beautiful lace detailing. I decided for this look to go without a tiara, and gave Meghan her signature messy waves, in a half down - half up style. And what really makes this a fairytale princess dress: it has pockets!
If I had any talent at photo editing, I'd shop a tiara on her 😂👑
@royalstylist crops up on my dashboard now and then and I think could do an excellent job of that!
Thank you! This inspired me to give it a try!

I couldn’t resist!
*nudge*nudge* Kate, wear this coat again
I thought I’d have a little bit of fun with Kate’s dress from Tuesday. I personally really liked it just the way it was, but I know a lot of people had a problem with the mustard color, so here are some other colorways!
The Duchess of Cambridge wearing a modified version of her floral Erdem gown, strappy Prada heels, Anya Hindmarch clutch, and her Kiki McDonough earrings.
So I’ve been getting a lot of comments on my edit of Meghan, more on Instagram than on here, but I just wanted to address them.
My opinion: Meghan is going to wear white. Maybe not white white, cause it doesn’t look good on anyone, but probably ivory, maybe even a champagne. I would even love to see her in a pretty blush. Not because she’s a divorcee (which is a tacky word) but because it’s a modern color, and a wedding dress can be whatever damn color the brides wants it to be. So please, no one else comment on what color Meghan can or can’t wear. At the end of the day, it’s Meghan’s dress, and I really don’t give a flying fuck about your negative feelings about the woman, her wedding (it is hers, not yours), my edits, or how accurate they seem to you.
To those of you who are kind, and supportive, and just look at the happy aspects of this wedding and my blog: thank you, I love you, and I hope you stick around!

Congratulations Harry and Meghan! In the lead up until the wedding, I’m going to share some looks I would like to see Meghan wear, and designers I predict. This gown is by (and for) Emilia Wickstead, a British designer already popular with the royals and aristos. This would be perfect for a wedding in St. George’s Chapel at Windsor. It features long opaque sleeves, a pearl and crystal beaded neckline, fitted skirt, and large overskirt with a long train. Paired with it is the Strathmore Rose Tiara, which hasn't been worn since the Queen Mum wore it at the beginning of her own marriage.
