i have yet to bloom a thousand more times

it hit me today that it's been so busy in my head and body with overthinking and feeling overwhelmed and unwell that I haven't done a lot of activities that bring joy the last several days. I haven't really listened to much music, or read a book, or watched a movie or my show. it's just been my comfort sitcom and doom scrolling. I really hope I can break out of this soon because it isn't fun here.

help: I never wear foundation or BB cream because my skin hates the feeling and I never bothered taking the time to really learn how to put it on tbh but I have a wedding this weekend and now I'm wondering if I should wear something... any products that are easy for newbies to apply? anything with light coverage that isn't too tinted for pale people?

idk if anyone remembers that week in february when I accidentally took 2 NSAIDs at night on an empty stomach because I thought the bottle was my antidepressants lmao... it just occurred to me that maybe my stomach is still messed up from that/continuing to use NSAIDs as needed 🤔 does this mean I still need to reach out to my doctor (probably sigh)
