ingredients:

2 trays of strawberries

1/2 cup of refined sugar

juice of half a lemon

1 box of heavy cream

1 cup of powdered milk

4 tablespoons of cornstarch

1 box or can of sweetened condensed milk

500ml of milk

ladyfinger cookies or graham crackers

milk to soak the cookies

instructions:

in a pan, add the two trays of chopped strawberries, lemon juice, and sugar

cook and stir until it reaches jam consistency

in another pan, add heavy cream, powdered milk, cornstarch, condensed milk, and milk; cook until it thickens into a cream — don’t stop stirring

let it cool

ingredients (sauce):

500ml of milk;

50g of wheat flour;

50g of butter;

nutmeg to taste;

salt to taste;

100g of cheddar cheese;

50g of mozzarella cheese.

instructions:

cook any type of pasta;

melt the butter, then add the flour;

add the milk, grated nutmeg, and the cheeses;

ingredients:

1 can of sweetened condensed milk;

2 boxes of heavy cream;

150g of powdered milk;

2 tablespoons of butter;

2 packs of oreo;

2 trays of strawberries.

instructions:

crust:

crush the cookies (just the cookies) in a food processor or blender and mix with melted butter until it has the texture of wet sand;

press the mixture into a pan using a spoon or glass;

refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.

filling:

mix the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, powdered milk, butter, and the oreo cream filling;

cook over low heat, stirring until the bottom of the pan is visible.
