I have decided to step down from voicing Hirose in Tetro BLUE. 

To be clear, all my lines are done. Should Von decide to keep using them throughout the rest of BLUE, there’s nothing I can do to stop that. However, I will not be participating in any Student Spotlights or any future appearances of the character (if there is any). 

My reason for this is simple: A source I trust has confirmed to me that Von has utilized AI in her art for Tetro. I have spoken very openly about my disdain for genAI usage and to say I’m upset finding this out would be an understatement. I have made it clear that any AI usage is grounds for me to leave a project and well…here we are. Outside of the AI usage, I have personally experienced unprofessional behavior from Von on several occasions and have considered leaving many times as a result. The only thing that kept me staying were the friends I made within the cast that I am equally upset for. Some of these things include a failure to disclose the project as unpaid, many emotional outbursts directed toward the cast and crew, and poor treatment of VAs within the cast.

More than anything, however, I feel betrayed. I spent nearly a year recording for this series. I love Hirose. I love his story. I loved every minute of recording for him. But now I can’t look at any moment I recorded without feeling disgusted. Because how much of the dialogue that I put so much of myself into performing was written by someone and how much of it was shat out of a machine? I genuinely can’t look at any of my work on this series with even the slightest bit of pride. It’s very deflating and extremely depressing. 

I will not be promoting Tetro going forward. I will not include it on my resume and I will be removing my videos about it from my channel. The only exceptions to this will be the livestreams I did with the voice actors.

Vonbabbit was

- on an alt account, pretending to be a middle eastern woman with Crohn's disease defending Ikeda's actions and writing smut of minors.

- drawing s3xual art of minors (not just the bait stuff actually full everything.)

- using AI to trace over and sell work of, also talked to a chatbot of one of her characters

- didn't tell VA's that they weren't going to be payed and didn't allow them to do commissions as her characters to earn any money.

- scaring the staff into never confronting her about her actions and making herself out to be a victim

Von has blocked all the staff and deleted the staff discord server.

Everyone should know how fucking disgusting Von is, you can choose to be scepticil of whats real, go find the tweets yourself then.
