If you don’t know who this is, his most famous role is probably his stint on Arrow (season 5 specifically) as Adrian Chase/Prometheus, whom myself and many others consider to be Arrow’s greatest villain in the show’s 7 year history. He spends the first half of the season as Mayor Oliver Queen’s DA, while secretly being hell bent on destroying his employer’s life. The scenes he has with Oliver (Stephen Amell) and everyone else are incredible throughout the entire season, and I think he would have what it takes to nail Kaz. My only issue is that he is a little old (32), but I think he could definitely look and act the part.
