So in my own opinion...

Abby's dad, and Joel are no better than eachother. They both took ellie's choice over her body away from her. Abby's dad should have had a talk with ellie to see if she was willing to risk her 14 year old life to MAYBE find a cure. Like they dont even know if that would have worked bc they hadn't tried it yet. And I guarantee they could have done blood transfusions but hey thats just me lol. And ellie and abby both aren't better than eachother either. Like Jack keeps saying ellie should stop seeking revenge but abby literally did the same thing and she made joels death soooo slow an painful like a sadistic fuck. Think about it. Would her dad really have enjoyed her revenge that way? Like this is trying to tell us we don't know the sides to both stories so we shouldn't judge, BUT Abby doesn't know what Joel and ellie have gone through. So her revenge isn't really just. Would her dad have wanted this? Probably not. So while we are now seeing what abby went through the only person who knows both sides is us the player. But abby doesn't know ellies story and vise versa. So in my eyes neither are good, neither are bad. Bc in an apocalyptic world thats just how you live. Scared, shoot first, ask later. Thats how Joel's daughter died. AND ANOTHER POINT, Abby doesn't know about Joel's daughter. She doesn't know the whole reason he saved ellie, was bc he couldn't save his daughter...and that was his chance at redemption since ellie ended up being a daughter to joel.

Posting again bc, it's all healed, it's my birthday and I'm now 20, and this message is still very relevant to me.

Little background for those who care, I've had this tattoo planned out for a while. I just wasnt ever sure what quotes I wanted or where. The night getting this tattoo my now ex boyfriends parents thought it was a good idea to tell me how horrible my parents are for never buying me a car, and that I'm not old enough for pets and to take my dog to the pound, and that my parents need to finish raising me. This all coming from someone who also never bought my ex or his brother a car 🤔 so then is when I really appreciated this tattoo...bc in the time I needed it most, I was getting the most amazing message on my body forever.

Just 3 days ago, we broke up. Reasons being I didnt feel love or wanted and he wasnt helpful at all when his family was being so hurtful to me.

You can see faint self harm scars from my past and I am regretful to say there are fresh ones on my leg currently. Mental health to me is no easy feat. I was 2 years clean and had a relapse earlier in the year and with every going on now I did it again. Regretfully. I want to get back to where I was a year ago. Where my mental health wasnt attacking me every second of everyday.

Today as of writing this, my heart still hurts from the breakup bc I do still love him and his family dearly, luckily we will stay in contact bc of our cat and dog. However, I am proud to say that today, after 20 years on this earth, that this message is GOING to keep me moving forward. Everytime I look at my arm, I will see the message of trying to keep a positive mental attitude, and outlook on life. So thank you @therealjacksepticeye for reminding me my mental outlook on life is important to stay viewing as a positive thing. Everytime I look at my arm, right above my scars, I will see the reminder that I AM important. Thank you @markiplier for reminding me that there is no reason that I should not be proud to be who I am and that there is no reason for me to not be on this Earth.
