Please admire my handmade pasta
This is from leftover dough from yesterday. Definitely harder to work with the 2nd day but still doable ! It's an all-purpose/whole wheat flour blend with egg. Really want to try some semolina but i have never seen that for sale so idk.
Cavatelli. I did this one first and I didn't realize you really need good leverage to do this. (Probably will not try doing this one again--not very pretty and quite painful with my messed up wrists and thumbs !)
Malloreddus. I believe youre supposed to use a textured board but I did not have that. Instead used the back of a fork which I think worked very well and was also much easier and very satisfying. Definitely doing these again !
