I am totally here for batchildren being silent/serious when they spar w/ Bruce but when they wrestle with their DAD they SCREAM bc nothing is more terrifying and fun than ur dad pouncing on you aND TICKLING YOU IT IS LIKE DEATH VIA TOO MUCH LOVE
SO Dick is super fast okay he actually fights back and laughs until he can’t breathe, and he’s the only one of the kids that can actually WIN in this match, it’s like he has this skill that no one else can achieve. It’s also a tool for ironing out disagreements between him and Bruce because Dick will just say “RIGHT HERE RIGHT HERE ON THIS FLOOR WHOEVER WINS GETS TO DECIDE”
Jason will threaten and dare and shout “IF YOU COME ONE STEP CLOSER I WILL CLAW YOUR EYES OUT” but he wants Bruce to come after him so he keeps it up “GIVE IT UP OLD MAN” “I’D BE CAREFUL IF I WAS YOU BECAUSE YOUR OLD TICKER MAY GIVE OUT” “I’M A YOUNG AND VITAL PERSON AND YOU ARE NOT” and Bruce wins every single time
Tim is the one that SCREAMS and laughs and he’s really bad at it, partly because he’s never had anyone to wrestle with growing up, no one to play around with for most of his life, so he goes down fast and hard and when Bruce has him literally pinned to the ground, he asks, “Give up?” to which Tim replies “NEVERRRR” even though it’s so obvious he’s very done
WITH DAMIAN IT’S A GAME OF CHASE AND TACKLE. Damian runs because he already knows he’s no match for Bruce, but if he can run fast enough without getting caught and thrown over his father’s shoulder, he can sneak up from behind and tackle him from there, but it’s a very rare happening, probably achieved maybe two times so he tries harder and harder but to no avail
