The mind can often panic when it needn't do. We know the reality and what in fact is true.

The panic of the mind can often sound unkind. While it thinks it keeps us safe with doubt. It knows now what the true situation is about. Our times have moved on from fight or flight. We can make our own decision about what feels right.

What's today's focus? Your chosen path? Meet with friends, have a meal, a laugh?

The time is now, you do know how. Allow the World to see your WOW!

I've had an epiphany of sorts and found my calling.

I think tonight I've found my calling in life.I want to help others through worries and strife.Be there cheer coach encouraging them on.And this would be the start of that cheer song."You've got this you know.You know, you do.And I for one, Believe in You!"

Happy New Year to you, your family and friends. As a new year begins and another year ends. One year older and hopefully somewhat wiser. Made each day count as a night owl or an early riser. Here’s to a year full of possibilities! More birthday celebrations and next year’s festivities. As this time of year inevitably comes around again. And we sing another year in to the chimes of Big Ben!
