In reference to my post about personal brand here are my tips to have a strong one, as someone who loves marketing and is really good at analyzing people

It's an interactive post, make sure to take some notes and your phone.

At end you should have a clear vision of who you want to be. It's like building a character for a story, your own.

I am going to give you many examples (including me) so you can take some inspiration. These are my recommendations as always.

It all about being you mixed with the vibe you want to be. It's like if you were a celebrity.

Well, you're the main character in your life so you're already a celebrity

Knowing yourself

This is obviously really important to know yourself regardless of what other people think of you. You can know this by doing quizz. MBTI types. Astrology. Feminine archetype. Most of the time, it's accurate. -> Knowing yourself is really important because if it's not authentic we will see it 🫵

You can't lie to yourself even if you try to change something, your true self is always going to be shown to the world

-> It's an ecosystem. It means that everything has to follow the script. To your style, how you speak, the word you say. Even your face.

For example.

My hobbies are reading, writing, learning new things so yeah. I love to eat too and giving advice.

I am an INFJ and I have the sage archetype. I am also a cancer with a sagittarius rising. My midheaven is in virgo. And it's really accurate lol. I don't identify myself a true cancer even though my sun and my moon are in this sign. I am emotive yes but that's it. I am calm like a mother.

It's fun to do that but you don't need this if you truly know yourself.

Characters

You can also be inspired by movie characters. Which characters would you like to be ? Which characters made you think "hmm...I would to be like them." We all know a character like that

For example, if you like Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's, it means that you would like to be more adorable and discreet than Lorelei in gentlemen prefers blondes with Marilyn Monroe who is more glamorous and extravagant.

It can be anything you watch. Why do you like Mulan or Boa Hancock in one piece ? These characters give you specific qualities and tell a lot about you.

Assemble every characters you identify yourself with. Even these celebrities. What do you like about them ? It has to be specific.

Why do you like Bruce Wayne with christian bale ? Because....

At the end you should be like "this is how I want to be perceived"

Keywords

So when people think about you, what do they think in simple words? Let's say five words. It can be anything

If you want to know where you at, ask your friends the vibe you bring so you know exactly what you need to adjust.

For me it's charismatic - intelligent - cool - calm - long coats - anime

(that's what my friends told me when I asked this question. And yup that exactly than I want to project. So I am glad that it's reflected😎)

It's giving serious. Colors palette will be on the darker side. If we should put object for this vibe it would be either a journal, vintage watches.

Examples

If you aim to have a more feminine look like really feminine, it means that your face might be on the cuter side. You exude a more light feminine energy. Most feminine outfits are dresses or skirt. Your color palette is most likely light.Pink, beige, white, light blue

Dark feminine energy (the one that everyone seems to a point that you even guess the keywords)

These are energies, every woman has it. Some women are more on the light feminine side or the dark feminine side. As I said, some components on your face make you more on one side than the other.

I can't forget my tomboy girlies. This is obviously a more masculine look with darker colors. Mostly jeans and longs shirt.

This is list is non - exhaustive. I could do this for hours but this is not the point of this post. I am shocked I didn't even do old money lol but you understand what I mean. Clothes are very important it's the first thing we notice.

Hairstyles

I am not gonna tell you to do blond hair like Sabrina Carpenter, but I think you should have three hairstyles that make you look really really good (so you can rotate). That's why I said earlier you should know yourself to your core. What fits you ? Your color palette ? Face shape? EVERYTHING

For that, you have to try different hairstyles. I want to add that the hairstyle has to go with your style. If you aim for a dark feminine style, a blowout would be perfect instead of straight hair. If you aim for an old money style, bun will be good. -> and this goes for any hair types: kinky, straight, curly everything no hair texture is left behind.

Accessories

This is unique to you. If you wear glasses or if you have the ring your grandma gave you. It can be anything. This really makes you unique. It can be a hat you wear every time, a certain lipstick, a nail color, sunglasses. EVERYTHING (again).

An accessory tells a lot about you.

For example, my nails are always red. Red or nothing and most of the time I wear boots or heels.

Perfume

Have a signature scent. This is a lot of research but this is actually easy you just have to process by determining which perfume family you are. Florals or fruity/gourmand perfumes. Obviously it has to go with your vibe. You're not gonna put miss Dior by having a more dark feminine energy. And you're not gonna put Hypnotic poison if you have a light feminine energy. I made a post about it during my rookie era on Tumblr to help you but I would be glad to do another part, if you want. Honestly, this is your own scent so choose wisely. Normally it should follow the vibe you try to bring on.

It's a strong perfume for me, like black orchid or vanilla perfumes like Kayali.

Purpose

We're back with what I said in the beginning. I gave you the key for the appearance but if your personality doesn't match it's over. What you want to do with this character. Really.

You want to be known for being the most charismatic in your group ? Okay what is charismatic to you ? Why do you want to be charismatic ? To inspire ? To be respected ? How do you talk ?

You want to be known like the classy woman ? Okay what do you see in these women ?

And it goes for your business too. It has to be accurate

You want to create a wine business ? Okay so your vibe might be serious. Who are your clients ? They have to identify themselves.

You want to create a pink bow brand ? Okay when do you wear with that. Why pink ? Oh this is because you are always wearing black but that pink bow in your hair soften your features ? Who are your clients ? women ? Girls ? Men ?

You have to think about that if you want to create a business. It has to be coherent.

Even as a content creator. As a certain point you need to have a personal brand. So people can identify themselves to your content.

It's literally being the highest version of yourself. The embodiment of this person is long, complex but fun because if you love that version, why not ? It's that change that is hard but you have to love the process

The End. It was complicated to make this post. This topic is very long and goes very far. It's like my post with the picture I take. I make sure they match with each other. But, I think you'll be be great with my advice. This is how I found my brand. I have a resting bitch face all the time but I always attract good people. Understanding the science of personal reinvention

Before we explore the practical steps, let's understand what happens in your brain during major personal transformation. Your current identity exists as a complex network of neural pathways that have been strengthened through repetition over years or decades. Every time you think a familiar thought, react in a typical way, or engage in habitual behavior, you're essentially walking down a well-worn mental path.

Think of your brain like a forest where certain trails have been walked so frequently they've become highways. ur automatic responses, emotional patterns, and behavioral tendencies represent these heavily traveled neural routes. Becoming a brand new person means consciously creating entirely new pathways while allowing the old ones to gradually fade from disuse.

This process leverages neuroplasticity, which is your brain's remarkable ability to reorganize itself throughout your entire life. Scientists have discovered that you can literally rewire your brain through conscious effort and repetition. The key insight here is that your current personality and patterns are not fixed traits but rather learned responses that can be unlearned and replaced.

Phase one: Deconstructing ur current identity

The first step in becoming brand new involves taking an honest inventory of who you currently are. This isn't about self-criticism but rather about developing awareness of the patterns that define your present existence. Most people operate on autopilot, unconsciously repeating the same thoughts, emotions, and behaviors day after day . Begin by observing urself as if you were a scientist studying an interesting subject. Notice your automatic thoughts throughout the day. What stories do you tell yourself about your capabilities, your worth, and your place in the world? Pay attention to your emotional patterns. What triggers you consistently? How do you typically respond to stress, conflict, or unexpected challenges?

Examine your daily routines and behaviors with fresh eyes. What time do you wake up and what's your first action? how do you move through your morning routine? What conversations do you have with yourself in the shower or while commuting? These seemingly minor details actually form the foundation of your current identity.Consider your relationships and social patterns. Who do you spend time with and what roles do you play in those relationships? Are you the helper, the entertainer, the problem-solver, or the listener? Notice how you present yourself differently to various people and which version feels most authentic versus most performed . this observation phase typically takes several weeks cuz you're identifying patterns that have become invisible through familiarity. keep a simple journal during this period, noting observations about your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without trying to change them yet. Think of this as creating a baseline measurement before beginning your transformation.

Phase two: designing ur new identity

Once u understand your current patterns, you can begin consciously designing who you want to become. This requires moving beyond vague wishes like "I want to be more confident" to creating a detailed profile of your new self that feels both inspiring and achievable.

Start by envisioning your transformed self in specific situations. How does this new version of you handle a stressful work meeting? What does their morning routine look like? How do they respond when someone tries to provoke an argument? The more specific and detailed your vision, the more your brain can begin creating the neural pathways to support these new patterns. Consider the core values that will guide your new identity. Perhaps your current self prioritizes avoiding conflict, but your new self values honest communication even when it's uncomfortable. Maybe ur current self seeks approval from others, while your new self operates from internal validation and clear personal standards. Think about the energy you want to embody. Some people transform by becoming more dynamic and outgoing, while others evolve by developing quiet confidence and thoughtful presence. Neither approach is better than the other, but clarity about your desired energy helps guide all other aspects of your transformation.

Design new thought patterns that align with your evolved identity. If your current self thinks "I hope I don't mess this up," your new self might think "I'm curious to see how I'll handle this challenge." These shifts in internal dialogue create ripple effects throughout your entire experience.

Phase Three: physical and environmental transformation

Your external environment & physical presence play crucial roles in supporting or undermining your identity transformation. Think of your surroundings and appearance as constant feedback loops that either reinforce your old patterns or support your new ones.

Begin with your physical space because it influences ur thoughts and feelings more than most people realize. ur living environment should reflect and support the person you're becoming ofc rather than the person you've been. This doesn't require expensive renovations ofc but rather intentional choices about how you organize and inhabit your space. Remove items that connect u to aspects of your old identity (I do this every year it's so helpful !) that you're ready to release. This might include clothes that make you feel frumpy or unsuccessful, or decorative items that represent a version of yourself you've outgrown. Replace these with objects that inspire and remind you of your evolving identity. Consider how your new self would organize their living space. Someone transforming into a more disciplined and focused person might create clean, minimalist environments that support concentration. Someone evolving into a more creative and expressive identity might introduce vibrant colors, artistic elements, and inspirational materials !!

Your physical appearance serves as both an internal anchor for your new identity and an external signal to others about how you want to be perceived. This doesn't mean conforming to superficial standards but rather making choices that feel authentic to your evolving self. Perhaps your new identity calls for a different style of dress, a new haircut, or changes in how you carry yourself physically. Pay particular attention to your posture and movement patterns because these communicate volumes about your internal state. Someone undergoing identity transformation often discovers that changing how they move through the world actually helps shift how they feel about themselves. Walking slightly slower with better posture, making more direct eye contact, or using more deliberate gestures can create immediate shifts in both self-perception and how others respond to you.

Someone transforming their presence might practice speaking more slowly and deliberately, using fewer words but with greater impact. Others might work on becoming better listeners or learning to express boundaries more clearly. Consider how your new identity navigates social situations differently. Perhaps your transformed self is more selective about social commitments, choosing quality over quantity in relationships. Maybe your new identity involves being more authentic in conversations rather than performing to please others !

Expect some resistance from people in your existing social circle because your changes might challenge the dynamics they're comfortable with. Some friends or family members might unconsciously try to pull you back into familiar patterns because your transformation makes them question their own choices. This might include morning visualization exercises where you mentally rehearse being your transformed self, evening reflection periods where you review how well you embodied your new patterns, or weekly planning sessions where you align your activities with your evolved values.

Sooo expect the process to happen in waves rather than linear progression. You'll have periods of rapid change followed by plateaus where changes integrate and solidify. Some days you'll feel completely transformed, while others you might feel like you're back to square one. This fluctuation is normal and doesn't indicate failure.

The most important insight about becoming a brand new person is that you're not actually changing your essential self but rather removing layers of conditioning and learned patterns that may have obscured your authentic nature. True transformation feels like coming home to yourself rather than becoming someone foreign.

It’s obvious that the bowl is somewhat over-saturated, particularly on sugaring sites, with salts and salt babies - and thus, the proposed solution to finding generous men and procuring effective arrangements is freestyling and meeting these men in person, rather than online. Despite freestyling being praised as the new way of sugaring, there seems to be confusion on what exactly it is and what exactly to do when you’re at high-class establishments.

Moreover, the wealthiest men generally will not approach women if they are strangers they don’t know. Such developments call for a new approach in freestyling, which is not to say the old one should be completely abandoned, but rather that it no longer produces the level of success that it used to.

If you’re looking for genuinely rich men (especially not just new money, or those who think that because they have a $100K salary, they’re rich), then the way of entering arrangements is through networking - which is not just meeting these men at wealthy establishments, but entering and mingling with their social circles. If you’re serious about this life and are looking to enter the upper class, become a socialite, or become a trophy wife, then nailing this skill is very important. The best arrangements, the most generous men, and the most valuable services I’ve acquired have always been through men that I was introduced to through social circles or a friend. Example: I have a male acquaintance that I was introduced to by a mutual friend, and when it was obvious there was chemistry, he introduced me to his other friend, a trust fund baby, and together with two other girls we went on a weekend trip to the trust fund baby’s lakeside house, complete with a jacuzzi, jet skis, and tubing. His net worth/income is impressive for his age (one year older than me), but isn’t enough for me to pursue a physical arrangement with him. However, he works in finance and has a knack for investment, and we’ve entered an agreement where he invests my money and keeps 20% of the investment, but over a year he’s nearly doubled the thousands of dollars I originally gave him to investment. You’ll see this through practice as well: how did Prince Harry and Prince William meet their current wives? Through their social circles and current friends. You’ll understand why rich men tend to date rich women, isn’t necessarily because they have a preference for rich women or that rich women are more attractive (though there may be correlation) but rather because in their social circles that is the kind of woman they’re often introduced to. When you’re wealthy and powerful, it’s not in your interest to talk to most people - because naturally, people will be coming to you. In this way, social circles act as a means of both protecting their wealth and status and separating the cream of the crop to include those that are attractive, have social approval, and have a lifestyle fit with these men for ideal romantic partners.

So how do you ‘break’ into such circles? How do you make the results of freestyling become a reality?

•First, if you’re just starting out or are looking for an allowance, it will be relatively difficult to find the *exact* results that you want. You can see from billionaires or men renown from their wealth, they take care of women who aren’t necessarily at their financial level, but have stability and some income of their own. This makes them more attractive because for super wealthy men, they are used to groupies/women throwing themselves at them, so when they encounter someone who is attractive, interested in them, yet has a level of financial independence, this poses a challenge and makes them more likely to invest in you for sponsorship, SGF, or trophy wife, whichever you wish.

•That being stated, I encourage freestyling from the very beginning, since even on standard dating platforms there’s an inundation of time-wasters and irrelevant folks who try to capitalize on the beauty of a young, attractive woman. So to get started, first, you have to network. Assuming you already know how to take care of yourself and to network, the next step is finding out where the rich and successful people in your area hang out. Humans are naturally social, and so when a girl claims she cannot find worthwhile men, it must be that she’s investing time or social energy into the wrong kinds of men. Envision the kind of life or standards that you’re looking for, and delete any man who doesn’t meet these standards or contributes no use to you. This will free up space and social networking so you can pursue relationships with men who CAN invest in you. If you’re looking for men who can do more than buy you fast food and share Netflix subscriptions, delete those that do.

•Next, do some research about which social circles to join. It’s good to decide what kind of interests you have - are they political? Financial? Perhaps you’re interested in philanthropy. If you’re not sure, that’s fine and join as many as possible, and make sure they have a certain level of status or are inviting the right people, or else they will just be another waste of your time. Go to the introductory meetings and dress to impress, and make a great first impression. Introduce yourself, have a story about yourself, and make small talk, and if you’re attractive and reasonably socially-skilled, you’ll find that people are drawn to you. Once one person is interested, the rest will follow. Some women are too transparent by only mingling with the men - take great care to establish good relations with the women there, because they can put in a good and very influential word for you.

•Go to these events, meet new people, and continue going to them. Men will want to contact you and will ask for your number - you should give it, but don’t get overexcited or too eager. You have to refine through these men and ensure that they’re ones that you’d like to date or to pursue arrangements with. So contact them, be approachable, but also ensure that you present yourself as having other things going for you. You don’t have to necessarily be working but having your own savings, own assets, whether those are from yourself, your family, or another man, are important. Always, always, always have the man approach you first. If he doesn’t seem interested, never seem discouraged and just move on to the next one. Have a mentality of abundance. Next step is testing him and doing your research.

•Before doing anything, you should be able to answer the following questions (outlined in books like Ho Tactics):

-Where does he work and live?

-Is he wealthy, and if so, where does his wealth come from? (Trust fund baby, old money, self-made) What profession is he in? Does he look wealthy or is he actually wealthy?

-And most importantly, is he generous? (How much money does he drop on his hobbies, is he cheap/frugal, does he like spending money on women)

Most women get caught up in the generosity, because sadly, wealth is not equivalent to generosity. Test him by going out on a date and seeing what he proposes. Generous men tend to be quite obvious, in my opinion, and won’t show any hesitation in paying for services, calling you Ubers, or taking you on spontaneous trips and otherwise showing off their wealth. If he doesn’t seem generous, drop him immediately. If he makes any excuse that seems disingenuous, drop him immediately. If he tries to force any physical contact, drop him immediately. If he makes any complaint on spending, drop him immediately. Trust your intuition. Filter through the trash. A superior man will take his place.

•By the second date, you should already have established that you’re high-value. Be nice and pleasant, but don’t be so easily impressed. This is where he should be spending more, and you should establish the dynamics of the relationship. Hold off on physical contact until you’ve filtered through his intentions and gotten what you wanted. Some girls are confused as to whether or not they should be upfront or not, whether to ask for allowance straight up or not. It’s difficult to say, because this varies from person to person - and I would say go with what your intuition tells you and do what’s most comfortable in the persona you adopt. Maybe making up a sob story or emotional manipulation is what you’re best at. Maybe it just suits you better to be blunt. Maybe batting your eyelashes and asking to go shopping is your forte. Whatever works for you. Just make sure you establish the grounds of the relationship and get what you want before anything physical happens. Have foresight on what you want and get the money/gifts FIRST.

What the Research Actually Says

They did a whole study. 595 young men. And what did they find?

The men who hate women the most? The ones with the most hostile, derogatory views? Those are the ones cheering the loudest for the tradwife movement.

Not the chivalrous men. Not the protectors. Not the providers who actually want to take care of a woman.

The men who think women are manipulative, controlling, and only good for one thing? Those men want you in the kitchen barefoot and pregnant.

These men don't want to provide for you because they love you.

They want you dependent on them so you can't leave.

That's not a provider. That's a prison warden.

A real provider says: I got you. Build with me. Let me take care of things so you can flourish.

A fake provider says: Stay home. Don't work. Don't have your own money. Don't have options. And while you're at it, don't ask questions.

And then they turn around and say women are the manipulative ones? Baby, that's projection.

The study also found something else.

These same men who support tradwives? They also believe women use sex to control and manipulate men.

So let me connect the dots for you.

He wants you at home, financially dependent, no career, no backup plan. He also resents you because he thinks you're using sex to trap him.

Do you see how this ends?

You give up everything. He resents you for existing. And you have no way out because you handed him all the power.

That's not a tradwife. That's a hostage.

I'm going to repeat this until I'm blue in the face.

Have your own life. Have your own money. Have your own options.

I'm not against women being taken care of. I'm not against receiving. I'm not against a man providing.

But there's a difference between being provided for and being owned.

A man who loves you wants you to have choices. A man who wants to control you wants you to have none.

The women you see online playing tradwife? Some of them are making millions off the content. They have their own income. They have their own audience. They have their own power.
