gentle reminder that if u feel hungry soon after eating, it might be bc you’re eating mostly carbs without adding enough protein. try eating a handful of nuts or smthing alongside your next meal.

and you don’t have to change the recipe or anything! you can eat what you were going to, just add some cheese cubes or a handful of nuts or salami slices on the side. u don’t have to change your meals, just add a little extra protein

thats nice but what do I need to do If I wake up around 3 am every other night with an unquenchable hunger for flesh even tho I ate normal balanced meals trough the day?

i love wild hot mess rebellious jenny calendar as much as the next person but rn i'm very taken with the idea of her as the dutiful daughter who is experiencing freedom for the first time in her life and is still a little rattled at being perceived as modern and unconventional when she was raised on tradition and now she's accidentally fallen into this role and it fits and she hadn't thought she could actually like herself that much. because she used to have to justify every step she took and now she's so far from her family and ofc she still has her duty but now she's finally allowed a life that goes beyond it (even if it's supposed to be play pretend) and she cannot get enough of it.
