Summary: Steve takes Billy to the aquarium in an attempt to build the courage to ask him out properly.

Billy's trying really hard not to see this outing as anything romantic. Sure he's just projecting his own feelings onto Steve.

Then Steve buys Billy a giant shark plushie and everything slots into place.
