We go the angst route where April actually has a chance of dying, and the only reason her feeling’s are “unrequited” because she ONLY STARTS FALLING FOR LEO AFTER HE LOST FEELINGS !!

So now April has to pick between getting a surgery to get the flowerss outta her but not being able to love him in the process, or confessing and never get it again.

OR OR— WE CAN DO A WHOLESOME ROUTE! The disease isn’t painful and theirs no risk to it, so she js pukes flowers while thinking abt Leo due to some TCRI (or null group) freak accident and keep sit under wraps bc it’s embarrassing 🤷‍♀️

I personally would go for the wholesome route bc it’s cuter and I think puke girl vomiting flowers for the silles of it is goofy af 💥

She throws up mid confession (out of nerves) and she thinks it’s gonna be flowers again, UNITL SHE SEES ITS ACTUAL VOMIT THIS TIME 🤯🤯 WHICH MEANS LIKE LEO LIKES HER AGAIN BC I KNOW HIS AHH IS EASY AND WOULD FALL FOR HER IF SHE CONFESSED
