Starting now, writers and beta readers may submit applications to join in this collaboration style event! This Big Bang will be a general Dragon Ball style event which means anyone can join in with whatever ships and characters they like (minus Vegebul since @vegebulocracy handles hosting them).

Artists may go ahead and apply as well, although you will have more time to do so.
