😭I Don't Want to Beg Every Time Farah Needs to Move.💔
🚨 Donations for Farah have stalled for days... and her needs cannot wait. Compassion doesn't require much—just a heart that feels and a step that makes a difference.⏳👩🏻🦽
💔 Please, don't scroll past Farah's story.💔Farah is only 16 years old.She is living with kidney failure and autism, and now her life has become even more difficult after a sudden episode of muscle paralysis caused by dangerously low potassium levels. ⚠️She has lost much of her mobility and urgently needs a wheelchair to move safely and with dignity. In Gaza, a basic wheelchair costs between €300 and €600—an amount that may seem small to some, but is completely out of reach for our family.🙏🏻😭
Every single day without the care and equipment she needs means more pain, more fear, and more uncertainty. We are asking kind strangers around the world because we have nowhere else to turn.🥹
🤍 If you can donate, please don't wait.
Even a small contribution brings Farah one step closer to the wheelchair and medical care she desperately needs.
🔁 If you can't donate, please help by reblogging and sharing this post.
You never know who might see it. Your share could reach the one person who can change Farah's life.
Farah has already endured more than any child should. Please don't let her story disappear into the endless stream of posts🙏🏻🇵🇸.
Thank you for reading, caring, and giving her hope. 🙏❤️

🤍To everyone who sees Farah’s story and reads about her pain, yet walks away without offering even a small donation: compassion is proven through actions, not just words.🥹💔
Thank you to every heart that stood with Farah.Your donations, shares, and prayers have eased part of her pain and given us hope.Let’s come together to get Farah the wheelchair she desperately needs.Your support and every share can make a real difference in her life. 🙏🏻🤍
🚨Farah’s condition is worsening... and a wheelchair has become an urgent necessity.😭
🙏🏻 We have raised only $90😭👩🏻🦽👩🏻🦽 toward the cost of Farah’s wheelchair. Please lend her a helping hand and assist her in getting the chair she needs. ❤️🩹👩🏻🦽👩🏻🦼
A UN report has found that Israel has continued to commit genocide by deliberately targeting Palestinian children in Gaza! And that is even after the so-called ceasefire agreement on October 2025! Please continue supporting Palestinians in Gaza!
🆘 We’ve raised only $125, with no donations coming in.💔You are Farah’s hope for a wheelchair and the freedom to move. Help her take her first steps toward freedom.🙏🏻🤍
⛔ To those with compassionate hearts, please continue supporting Farah 💔. We have raised only $130 so far, and Farah is still without the wheelchair she desperately needs. Even a small donation gives me the strength to keep caring for her 🤍🙏🏻
I urge everyone to share and donate to help Farah receive a wheelchair she desperately needs to be able to be mobile. please don't ignore her pleas and donate whatever you have to give

💔 Three days have passed since the last donation.😭👩🏻🦽👩🏻🦽
My daughter is growing, and I am becoming less able to carry her I dread the day when my strength will no longer be enough to care for her. Farah’s treatment has been delayed by the occupation’s stalling tactics; meanwhile, Israel lets the world debate as it pleases... while killing us as it pleases. Farah is in urgent need of a wheelchair. Please help us before the day comes when I can no longer carry my child. Even a small donation could change her life... and mine.🙏🏻
🤍 And if you cannot donate, please share our story. 🙏 🔗

Farah has to go to the hospital now whenever her potassium levels get dangerously low. With the supplements unavailable, there is no other way. Her mother has to borrow their neighbour's wheelchair for that, leaving him without the possibility of movement for the duration.
There are wheelchairs for sale in Gaza! Let's help Wesal buy one for her daughter! She needs it!
As a mother, my greatest wish in this life is simply to see my little girl, Farah, safe, well, and smiling again. In the midst of all the pain and helplessness we are going through, God has blessed me with a friend who is far away from us, yet carries my daughter’s pain in her heart as if she were her own.You did not simply hear Farah’s story. You carried it in your heart. You stood beside her, fought for her, became her voice, and reminded the world that she is a child who deserves to live, to smile, and to have a safe and happy childhood.Every time you speak about Farah, and every time you ask people to help her, I feel that I am not alone in this struggle. Your words give me strength when I feel helpless, and your support brings hope to my heart when everything around us feels dark.
Thank you for believing that Farah’s life matters. Thank you for trying to bring her smile back. And thank you for standing beside us during the most difficult time.🫂💗
I hope that one day Farah will grow up and know that there was a wonderful woman, thousands of miles away, who cared enough about her to fight for her and to help bring hope back into her life. From the deepest place in a mother’s heart… thank you. I will never forget everything you are doing for my daughter. ❤️🙏
To everyone watching my appeal, please be a voice for people with disabilities ❤️ Your solidarity and donations can make a difference in someone's life. 🙏
🌟 This is not just a request… This is a cry for help. 🌟
We are not asking for the impossible; we ask only for a sincere, humane gesture. We are waiting for a donation that might lighten this heavy burden. To be frank, the delay in donations has become more painful than we can bear. Our sense of grievance is deep—because our need is even greater. Yet, we still hold onto the hope that hearts will be moved before it is too late.😭💔"If you can't donate, please reblog🙏🏻🙏🏻
💔 Farah needs you now… before her condition gets worse.
I am a terrified mother worried about my daughter Farah, who has been admitted to the ICU more than once. She suffers from RTA (renal tubular acidosis), low potassium, and metabolic acidosis, and she urgently needs medical follow-up and tests.
🦽 Our goal is now $550 to provide her with a wheelchair that will help her move safely, as well as to complete her medical tests.I don't want to live through the same pain every time I need to move my daughter—begging, crying, and pleading until one of our neighbors kindly lends us their own wheelchair. I simply want Farah to have a wheelchair of her own, so she can move with dignity and safety without me having to ask for help every time.
🙏 Any donation, no matter how small, or even sharing our story, could make a real difference in Farah's life And from the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who has stood by us, donated, shared our story, or tried to do anything to help us. I will never forget your kindness and your support. 🤍Please pray for her recovery. We are currently trying to complete the medical tests.🙏🏻👩🏻🦼

Wesal always asks me to add my words to her posts, because she thinks that I am better at explaining the situation to you all, since I am in command of the English language. She fears that her emotions aren't adequately communicated when she writes her words and then translates them.
I heartily disagree, which she knows because I tell her so with the honesty and candidness I think I am known for, and I think you will disagree as well.
Here is what she said to me today:
"My little girl is no longer as light as she once was, as she appears to you. She's grown into a young woman, and quite heavy; my back aches when I carry her.
She used to be so light, as if I were holding a piece of my heart in my arms. But today, she's grown up and is too heavy to bear without bending.
But the truth that no one sees … what weighs me down isn't her weight, but my fear for her, the weariness of years, and the sorrow of a mother watching her daughter grow up before her eyes while she can't give her the life she deserves.
Her body has grown, and my weariness has grown with it. But in my eyes, she will always be my little girl, the one I fear to put down, lest I find I can no longer hold her."
Does that not say everything more clearly than I possibly could? Are these words not heartbreaking and the most sincere? Do they not speak of the exhaustion and fear of the mother of a disabled child, and her eternal love for her as well?
But of course I will happily add my words. I know Farah's condition well, because Wesal and I speak almost every day. Farah is currently suffering from hypokalaemia, or potassium deficiency. This is because her potassium supplements have been unavailable for months now. She receives urgent care at the hospital when her potassium levels dip too low, which has happened several times in the last month. But they can only do so much.
One symptom of potassium deficiency is muscle paralysis and muscle cramps. Farah experiences these in her legs when her potassium levels are too low. This means she has difficulty walking, and must be carried instead. But she is sixteen years old now. Carrying a teenager is very different from carrying a young child.
So yes. Farah needs a wheelchair. Wesal needs a wheelchair for her daughter and for her own health. Both mother and daughter deserve this, the dignity as well as safety that would come with being able to transport Farah to the hospital and back.
She cannot carry Farah on her own. She shouldn't. Let's help her.
Farah's fundraiser is vetted by gazavetters, #451. I am the organiser of this campaign. If anyone has any questions about how the money gets to Wesal, I will happily answer them.
💔 What scares me the most is the thought of a day when I can no longer carry my daughter. She has grown, and my body is no longer strong enough… but my heart cannot bear the thought of seeing her need me and not being able to help her.😢For the sake of everyone you love… please help us before that day comes.Your donation today could give my daughter the wheelchair she desperately needs and give a frightened mother a little peace of mind. 🤍🙏From the bottom of my heart, thank you to my friend Oudi, and to every person who carries peace and compassion in their heart for innocent children… You are the hope when hearts are breaking.🤍🕊️
💔 We need 550 to buy a wheelchair for someone in need who is waiting for the kindness of good-hearted people. We haven’t received any donations for days…Please contribute whatever you can. Your donation could give him hope and the ability to move again. 🤍
🤍 🆘 Please help Farah get a wheelchair 🦽. My daughter is growing... and I fear the day my arms will no longer be strong enough to carry her. Please, don't leave me unable to carry my daughter. 🙏🏻💔 We haven't received any donations for days, and we desperately need your help.🥹
💔 We are tired of the hospital bed… and Farah is tired of the pain.😭
My daughter urgently needs $300 to complete the essential medical tests and examinations she needs for her treatment.
🙏🏻 Please, don’t wait… help Farah today.😭 I am her mother, and there is nothing in this world I wish for more than to be able to take away her pain. 💔 I hope that one day, Farah will look back at these hospital photos and remember them as days she overcame and survived.🙏🏻
Even the smallest donation can make a huge difference in her life. If you can’t donate, please share her story so it can reach someone who can help.
Help us give Farah a chance to receive the care she desperately needs… All we want is to see her well again. 💔🙏🏻🤍🩷🇵🇸

Farah has a chronic kidney problem and her daily medication hasn't been available for months. That's why she has now ended up at the hospital. This is much more costly than if Farah's mother could just buy the medication, but is nowhere to be found.
🥹 You have the power to make a real difference in her life. Please, have mercy on her and look upon her with compassion and humanity; she is an innocent child, a victim of a chronic illness, and she needs your kindness and support.🙏🏻💔
Please, no donations yet. Hurry for this child who is suffering from illness. Remember that I have asked you repeatedly. Every dialysis session brings tears to my eyes and my heart aches. 😭💔
⚠️💔Delaying your donation could mean losing a life. Please donate now😭 Only $250 remains to cover the cost of crucial medical tests needed to determine the appropriate treatment during this critical stage of kidney disease.🙏🏻⏳😭

🥹How many times must my little girl be admitted to the intensive care unit before the world gives her a chance at life?
A 16-year-old girl has been admitted to the ICU twice due to kidney disease and needs €660 for urgent tests and treatment. What would your reaction be?
❤️ I would donate if I could.
🔁 I would share her story so it reaches someone who can help.
🙏 I would pray for her recovery
💔 I hope she finds someone to save her.
Sometimes, a life hinges on an amount that might seem small to some, but for our family, it represents the difference between continuing treatment and waiting for the condition to deteriorate
😭My daughter, Farah, has a severe renal tubular disorder that causes dangerously low potassium levels and blood acidity. The condition can lead to extreme weakness, muscle paralysis, cardiac complications, and is considered a form of chronic kidney failure. She has been admitted to the ICU twice after life-threatening cardiac episodes. Medical reports confirm that she urgently needs continuous treatment and close monitoring, but the medications and medical services she depends on are unavailable💔🥹
🆘Today, we urgently need €660 to cover:
🩺 Necessary medical tests and examinations.
📺 An imaging scan required to assess her condition.
💊 Healthcare services and necessary treatment.
Every day of delay increases the risk of her condition worsening, and we cannot bear these costs alone🥹💔
🙏 If you are able to donate, you are giving Farah a chance at treatment. If you cannot, sharing this appeal might reach someone who can help us. Thank you to everyone standing with us and praying for Farah’s recovery🌹
Note: if you would prefer to pay via paypal, you can do so here.

Some families measure time in days; we, however, have come to measure it by our ability to secure the next step of our daughter’s treatment. There is nothing harder for any parent than watching their child in pain🙏🏻
🚨👩🏻🦼Happy Disability Pride Month! 🤍✨As we celebrate this special month, I am reaching out to your kind hearts as a mother. My beautiful little girl is a child with special needs—she is my ultimate source of pride and joy, fighting her battles every day with the sweetest smile. To help her get the medical care, therapies, and support she needs to thrive, we are raising funds.🌹🇵🇸🤍👩🏻🦼
I reached out to Wesal today because I hadn't heard from her in a couple of days, which doesn't happen often, and she brought me this alarming news. Farah is back in the hospital:
"Farah had to undergo an urgent procedure and remains in the hospital. Her condition deteriorated—her potassium levels dropped to 2.2—forcing us to keep her in the hospital to receive intravenous potassium."
These are extremely low levels of potassium, putting Farah at risk of cardiac arrest. Intravenous supplementation of potassium must be done slowly - going too fast also endangers one's heart. This means Farah has to stay at the hospital, which, for a child like her, is very distressing. It is distressing for Wesal too.
"I feel like I am the one who will collapse to the ground, dead. I simply don't have the energy left; I am not a superhuman robot—I am a human being with limited stamina. The strain of standing, the constant vigilance and caution, and the need to monitor the IV drip—watching it fall drop by drop because the flow rate cannot be increased without risking adverse effects on the heart—have all taken their toll."
This is the second time that Farah has been admitted to hospital in a very short time. It is very costly, but there is no other option. The potassium supplements that Farah should be receiving have been unavailable for months now. We must keep Farah alive so she can be evacuated by the WHO when the opportunity arises.
Please donate if you are able, and share this post! Farah needs us!
"I'm afraid things will get to the point where I can't even buy a banana or a chicken breast for my daughter, mother, or father. I cry and say, "Oh God, please let the humanitarians continue to support us and donate. I won't even be able to afford filtered water without them.""
Wesal and I are both grateful for every single donation and every single reblog. ❤️
tagging for reach, I'm sorry to bother you once again, but please share and ask your friends to share as well, thank you <3 (let me know if you don't want me to tag you anymore, apologies for any multiple tags)

🩷There is a little girl waiting not for a gift... but for a chance at life. 💔From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who donated, shared, or prayed for my daughter. 🤍🫂🇵🇸
🙏🏻I am exhausted from the endless hospital visits. So far, we have only been able to raise $65 toward the cost of the essential medical tests, and we still need $590 to complete them.💔😭
😭🙏🏻 Please, help my little daughter… her condition is urgent, and donations are still very low.All I wish for is her recovery. Even a small donation can make a big difference. Please don’t wait—donate now and share our appeal. 🙏🏻🤍
⛔How much longer must my little girl remain under medical supervision in an intensive care bed?
Friends—you who have been our support during our darkest days—there is no room left for delay; my child has no more time to wait. She needs to cover the remaining cost of her medical tests—only $370 is left. I am grateful to anyone who donates or shares this; these could be the final moments in the precarious life of an innocent child.🙏🏻💔
Please help little Farah! If you are able to donate even $10 so that her mother can pay for her medical tests, please do! Only $370 left to pay the remaining costs for her medical tests! Please share her story if you are unable to donate!
💔 😭 Only $370 separates Farah from completing the costs of her medical tests. Many thanks and heartfelt gratitude 🙏 to everyone who has supported Farah through a donation, sharing her story, or standing by her. Your support means so much to us, and because of you, we continue to hold on to hope. 🤲❤️
🆘 I wish I were asking for hope. Instead, I am asking for help Only $350 remains Every delay means Farah will have to undergo another round of dialysis. 😭😭

My friend Wesal (@deemagaza) doesn't speak English. The only way she can find her way around the English internet is by using Google Translate or ask others like me for help. It is very difficult for her.
Yet she has no choice but to do so for her daughter Farah, almost sixteen now, who is autistic and has a kidney problem that - without treatment - makes her deficient in potassium, which, if it becomes too severe, can lead to cardiac arrest.
^ Farah spends most of her days like this now, feeling uncomfortable in her body, but not understanding why.
Farah's medication has become unavailable in Gaza, which has endangered her life and means she has to be treated in the hospital, which is costly and where they are running out of resources as well. Farah's case has now been referred to the WHO to be transferred abroad. If the opportunity for evacuation arises, we must make sure the funds are available!

Please donate to this family if you have any means to. They're in an incredibly dire situation, and if this money doesn't get raised as soon as possible, that situation is only going to get worse. Don't feel bad if you can only give a small amount or don't have any spare money, everyone's situation is different, just do as much as you individually can and it will make a difference. Reblogging with tags and sharing this with others will make a good impact as well, the more people this reaches the more people there are helping.

If you had to navigate the internet in a language you didn't understand and couldn't even read, how would you go about it?

These are extremely stressful times for Farah's family, and they are very distressing for Farah as well, who does not understand why she must suffer as she does.
Please reach out your hand and support them by either donating or sharing the fundraiser.
The Donations Are Fading. Our Crisis Is Not.Our donations have almost disappeared. Our suffering hasn't. Every day I wake up wondering how much more my family can endure. My father is fighting for his life. My daughter is still fighting her disease. I have nothing left to ask for except mercy. If you can help, please don't wait. 💔🙏🏻
I think a lot of people know by now that I am the organiser of this campaign. I promise that all of the money that is I receive from donations to this fundraiser will go to Farah's family. Anyone who would like reassurance about that can message me.
Farah's family is still in need. Wesal's father is still in the hospital and Farah still isn't receiving the treatment that she should be receiving, because it is unavailable.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to the wonderful woman who started this fundraiser. In a world where genuine kindness is rare, she has been honest, compassionate, and trustworthy every step of the way. May God bless her and reward her abundantly.Please... don't let my daughter face this battle alone. Every donation, no matter how small, could help keep her treatment going and give her another chance at life. Please be the hope we hold onto after God, and if you can't donate, sharing our fundraiser could help save her life. 🤍
Anyone who sees my beautiful girl, please help her. Please move towards us 🙏🏻💔
🟥 I never imagined I would beg for help for both my father and my daughter at the same time. My father is critically ill in the hospital, and Farah continues her painful fight with a rare kidney disease. We cannot face this alone. Please donate or share our appeal. Everyone PLEASE 🛑✋️ stop scrolling take some time to read through this! My name is Fable and I'm an artist on here that takes on campaigning to help people in need. Thank you sm for stopping! Farah is a young, very sick girl who needs specific medications to survive. To make matters worse, she hasn't been able to afford her medication for many months now. It's pretty devastating to see and I can't imagine how painful it is to live through.
Farah's mother, Wesal (account in asks) has been fundraising for months to try to save Farah and I commend her for it, but they are still very low on funds, and now Farah's father is in critical condition. I'm sure you can agree that no one deserve to live through what Farah or Wesal are living through right now. So please take 30 seconds out of your day to donate to her, and repost this to the nth degree. This family deserves it!!!

I feel so sad I don't know why the world and the sky are closing their doors on my eyes and heart. 😭😭I was surprised to find that Farah's account has also been disabled. It's suffering from the upper class. What will become of us? What tension controls my mind, my thoughts, and my entire being? Oh, oh!Will they deprive me of the blessing of keeping my children fed and providing for them? Do they begrudge me even a piece of bread that we can only buy through the support of kind hands and generous hearts? Please donate now; I cannot face all these painful challenges alone💔🙏🏻💔
My daughter Farah and my father need your compassion, kind people
🫀To the beautiful souls who donate and inspire others to give—thank you. Your kindness gives our family hope in our darkest days. Every act of compassion means more than words can express. We will never forget your generosity. 🤍🙏🫂

Fable has been offering art commissions for quite a while now for any gazavetters fundraiser and Farah's fundraiser specifically!
It is more needed now than ever. Farah's health has taken a dive due to her daily medication not being available. She's being treated at the hospital for her potassium deficiency. At the same time, her grandfather is in the hospital due to sudden health complications. This is a very scary time for Farah's family, please keep supporting them!
Thank you so much, Fable, for everything you do for the people in Gaza and Farah and her family in particular! ❤️
Thank you so much to everyone who has been kind enough to take a moment and reblog and/or donate!!! I appreciate each and every one of you!!! We've got this together!!!! 🥰🥰🥰
And to anyone interested, my free commissions are still open. I'll post an updated sheet for them shortly.
❤️To every kind soul who encourages others to donate—thank you. Your compassion, your words, and your support give our family hope when we need it most. We will never forget your kindness. 🤍🫀🙏

Wesal's family is going through a very difficult time. As her daughter's health continues to be a struggle, her father's health suddenly deteriorated as well. He is now in the hospital and Wesal's life is now filled with worry about him, worry about her daughter, worry about being able to afford all the costs associated with that.
She told me,
"The fear I feel for my father is consuming my heart every single minute. Every phone call from the hospital makes my heart stop."
Keep supporting this family so Wesal knows that she is not alone!
🙏🏻🥹I'm watching my father fight for his life, and I feel helpless. We haven't received a single donation. I'm terrified of losing him before we can get the help he needs. Please, don't scroll past. Donate if you can, or share this message. It could save my father's life. 💔🙏
The first cry for help... yet no one answers. A painful heartbreak... Has losing my father become a normal occurrence? Is there a heart that can save my father? 💔I haven't received any donations yet. Please take action on our behalf. 😭🙏🏻
🆘Donations are low... and my fear grows with every passing moment. We need urgent support... time is not on our side. Every instance of being ignored deepens my fear of having to say goodbye to my father😭😭
🥹 I only asked for $250, The silence has left me feeling forgotten, broken, and completely alone.yet the silence has broken my heart more than my poverty ever could.🥹🙏🏻💔

Heartfelt thanks for this sincere humanitarian support, and for every word, share, and act of goodwill. The presence of people like you brings hope amidst suffering and can truly save a life in urgent need of a chance. May you be richly rewarded for standing by those who have nothing but their prayers and hopes. 🤍
⚠️ Farah is suffering beyond words. Her condition has become critical, and time is not on her side. I have even lost my main Tumblr accounts—the only way I had to reach people and fight for my daughter. I feel completely devastated. How will I feed my children? How will I afford Farah’s medication and treatment?
We Lost Everything, Except Our Fear of Losing Farah💔If you cannot donate, please don't let her plea end here. Share her story—one compassionate person could change everything. Your kindness is the only hope my family and my daughter have left. 💔🙏
Note: if you would prefer to pay via paypal, you can do so here.
It is devastating to Wesal that she has lost her main account, @shahdgazza, which was very important to her. Especially at a time like this when Farah is doing so badly.
Farah is not okay. She is suffering a lot from what her body has been through - the lack of potassium supplements, the flea bites, the inflammation of the open sores that these resulted in.
And then, as an autistic 15-year-old, having to be in the hospital all day, going from one department to the next. This has exhausted her, resulting in her lying on the bed crying - because she has no other way to express her emotions.
"My child is so tired, Oedie. No one can feel what she's going through like I can, because I'm the one who sees her, understands her, and understands her cries even if she doesn't speak words. Farah isn't okay and I'm not okay either."
We must support this family as they are supporting Farah. We cannot leave them alone in this. This fundraiser is their only source of income still and the deactivation of Wesal's accounts means they cannot reach out to others when it is most important that they do.
🫂To every kind soul who helps make my child's treatment journey a little easier, thank you from the depths of my heart. Your compassion gives us strength and hope.❤️🌹🫂
