if woman means sex to men and society, femaleness becomes pornography. it then becomes necessary for the good of the public that little girls be put in dresses, forced to cover their shoulders, heads or knees in a church or mosque. mothers banned from public breastfeeding. female features, like cellulite, periods, body hair, become offensive. affairs for privacy.
the fact that men see women as primarily sex first and not as people shows in every facet of society. that a woman cannot befriend, think, dress, behave or speak without it being interpreted as sexual. how we dress as women and girls is always about our sexual character and never ourselves or our self-expression. are we married, of mature mating age, innocent, feminine and sexually chaste, sluts, lesbians? this is what clothes on women are discussed as. womenâs clothes and bodies arenât allowed to be as neutral as menâs are. there simply isnât all those politics surrounding maleness or menâs fashion.
our clothes are political because our bodies are political. our femaleness must be masked, regulated, categorized publicly, and unmasked privately. because men think of us pornographically, in their world, the world which we live in, femaleness can only mean porn, never humanity or simple womanhood. it is offensive, must remain private and only allowed to be about menâs sexual excitement.
remember that study that came out a few years back that claimed that countries with MORE gender equality have LESS women pursuing STEM careers? and a ton of people were pointing to it as 'innate sex differences', and we ourselves were trying to theorise why this could possibly be?
it was a bunk, unrepeatable piece of shit. also, the two MEN who published it have been claiming that women are biologically less geared for science than men for decades, so complete bias. they have their belief and work backwards to try and 'prove' it, the complete opposite of what actual scientists are supposed to do.
funny how the media and people who pushed this online never posted corrections.

did you guys know that only 4% of men suffer from PTSD while for women itâs 10%? and yet PTSD is seen as a male disorder. because veteransâ trauma is taken seriously while female rape victimsâ arenât.
Background: Women have a two to three times higher risk of developing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) compared to men. Several factor
the rates are 5-6% and 10-12% for this study. this source cites reasons for higher PTSD rates to be more acute stress trauma at a younger age, typically sexual abuse.
it also says women evolved to have a more palliative response to trauma while men rely on fight-or-flight instinct. isnât it so sad that we evolved this way likely because fight-or-flight literally isnât an option when the people abusing you are your friends and family?
âWe will know we are being effective against patriarchy when we are attack, belittled, and laughed at, when we are told that we are brainless fools, doing everything wrong, will never get anywhere acting like this, are obviously wanton, unattractive to men, hateful, strident, vicious, and our own worst enemiesâ
When a radical feminist (or anyone, actually) points out that males are, on average, stronger than females, everyone gets up in arms. âYouâre saying women are weak! Youâre saying that women are biologically inferior! You think women are feminine little dolls who need to be protected by big strong men! Why do you hate women?!â
But, their bizarre leap from âless muscularâ to âweak and feminineâ aside, raw strength is not the only metric of physical capability. For example:
Women are much better at ultra-endurance sports, owing to:
Muscle compositionâfemales have muscle fatigue and more slow twitch muscle fibers, resulting in better oxygen delivery [x]
Better ability to pace themselves and think ahead [x]
More body fat, allowing female bodies to oxidize more fat than carbohydrates, which is more effective and sustainable long-term [x]
The science of female endurance leads us to the next point: women are more likely to survive extreme situations like natural disasters, famine, and disease.
Estrogen increases immune reactivity, meaning women are more capable of fighting infections [x]
Women are more likely to survive serious physical trauma, also due to estrogen [x]
XX chromosomes provide genetic diversity and provide a âbackupâ allele in case of a deleterious mutation on one X chromosome, making females less susceptible to genetic disease [x]
Female infants are hardier than male infants due to the above, even in populations where sex preference for male children is high [x]
Increased body fat makes women less likely to starve or freeze [x]
Want to bring a little more neuroendocrinology into this? Women are more likely to remain cool under pressure, from direct threats to physical safety to emotional stress.
Cortisol affects the brain differently in females and males, causing males to take emotionally-driven risks while women evaluate threats more logically [x]
In fight-or-flight scenarios, testosterone increases the likelihood of violent or extreme reactions in males, while females release oxytocin insteadâwomen are not as inclined to make extreme, snap decisions when faced with a threat [x]
tl;dr get a man if you need a hyperemotional brute to kick down a door. If your physical task needs durability and logic, a woman will be much more helpful.
Didnât Aristotle say that women are âdeformed menâ (Politeia)? DIdnât Otto Weininger say that âno men who really think deeply about women retain a high opinion of themâ (Geschlecht und Charakter)? Didnât Arthur Schopenhauer say that women are âchildish, frivolous, short-sightedâ and that they are âby nature meant to obeyâ (Ăber die Weiber)? Didnât Thomas Aquinas say that âWoman is subject to man because in the male reason predominatesâ (Summa Theologica I)? Didnât Augustine say that âhe [man] is by himself the image of Godâ, whereas women are âmerely manâs helpmateâ?
I could go on but I think this should suffice for now. The point is that these are the âgreat menâ that have been profoundly influencing Western thought for thousands of years and are quasi-worshipped for their supposed âgeniusâ.
But then, somewhere along the line, one Valerie Solanas comes along, writes one little satire where she doesnât talk about men in particularly favourable manner and suddenly sheâs The Devil?
Itâs funny to me because this post doesnât do the SCUM Manifesto justice by saying it âdoesnât talk about men in a particularly favourable wayâ. When you hear about what Valeria Solanas wrote about men in this work, itâs horrifying:
Incomplete females
walking abortion[s]
Deficient, emotional cripples
Incapable of empathizing or identifying with others
half-dead, unresponsive lump[s], incapable of giving or receiving pleasure or happiness
[having] pussy envy
Then you realise that this work is a parody of, directly quoting in some parts, the way Freud wrote about women.
The work was intended to point out an unconscious bias and double standard. It succeeded in doing so.
As I heard once, âthe most telling social commentary is not the work itself, but the way in which we react to itâ.
â
In case anyone is interested, hereâs a full free PDF copy of the SCUM Manifesto, and hereâs the free audiobook version.

New research, published in October in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, concluded that despite size discrepancy, thereâs no functional difference between menâs and womenâs brains. âMaleâ brains and âfemaleâ brains simply donât exist. In fact, thereâs significant overlap.
This study had 1400 people in it⌠Remember that sample size matters. remember this when someone tries to rebuke this with a study that has 80 participants. Be as scientifically literate as possible so that we can debunk this nonsense one step at a time.
Hereâs an article that talks about a paper which examined 6000 individuals and came up with similar findings.
If sex is a service it can be provided to family members, morally.
If sex is a service it can be a small childâs career aspiration, and it should be supported as such.
If sex is a service then pornographic content can also be displayed to children,as they should be given examples of their work possibilities.
If sex is a service, and sex work is an existent opportunity to you, you canât complain about being unemployed.
If sex is a service csa is just some form of child labour.
If sex is a service it is bigoted and against the costumer rights to denny service on the basis of anything, including sex, regardless of the workers orientation they should provide service to the costumer.
Things get really creepy when you mix things with inherent different natures like sex and labour, I know.
If sex work is work, then incest is no different than working in the yard or shed with mom and dad. Itâs just practice for working in the real world.
If sex work is work then it should be held to the same safety standards as other jobs, including treating any and bodily fluids as biohazards that should never touch the workersâ skin (rubber protective gloves, etc). There would be unions, benefits, healthcare, the things expected from other jobs. Legal action against pimps when they harass, assault, and threaten their âemployees.â Strikes, protections, wages that increase rather than decrease over time (why would an 18 year old be more âvaluableâ than a 30 year old?).
Forever thinking of that radfem that said something along the lines of; âif sex work is work, then what my dad did to me is the same as letting a child work in a family restaurantâŚ.â
It's amazing they think we want them to not exist when they're the ones who have been on record trying to destroy women-only and SSA-only rights, advocacy groups, and places in the world. Pure projection.
If transwomen had founded an all-trans music festival, I'd think it would be shitty if women went there, drew vaginas all over the place, told them they deserved to get raped, and exposed themselves. But that's not what happened. They didn't want their own places in the world. They wanted Michfest. They wanted the Vancouver Rape Relief and Women's Shelter. They want zero women-only locker rooms, gyms, pools, classes, schools, book clubs, doctors offices, or private clubs. They want us to not exist.
I'm tired of the dishonesty inherent in this argument. They know we don't hate them and don't pose a real threat. They're too chickenshit to go after the real violent group (men) or the ones with political power (men) or the ones with social cache (men). If you want to pretend a hate group is hell-bent on destroying you, by the way, maybe you should be a bit more judicious about applying that label to strangers. Otherwise, it'll start to have a boy-who-cried-wolf effect on others.
Transgenderism is not above criticism or debate. Noting the damaging effects of any ideology is crucial for the health and integrity of humankind.
Trans ideology has many flaws, primarily consisting of the anti science belief that humans are capable of changing their biological sex, which forms the basis of trans political and moral principles. This has created major, disastrous changes in law that have devastating impacts on women's rights and LGB freedoms.
god fucking damn it do some fucking research. the suicide rates in trans youth arenât a joke. people actually kill themselves. not out of spite and not to threaten anyone. the vast majority of trans people know exactly what theyâre doing and wouldâve gladly not had dysphoria if they had a choice. statements like this help push the idea that transgender people (particularly teens) are mentally ill attention seekers who go to the extreme just for funsies and choose to be the way they are, which couldnât be farther from the truth
youâre the one who havenât done your research though.
puberty blockers do not alleviate negative thoughts in children with gender dysphoria, finds study.
hereâs a compilation of various sources that shows that the majority of children grow out of their dysphoria into healthy homosexual adults.
a study proving that the suicide rates increase after transition and that sex-reassigned people have considerably higher risks for suicidal behaviour and psychiatric morbidity.
another study showing that between 80% and 97.5% of transgender children later detransition.
âmedical intervention may, in effect, become another form of âconversion,â whereby some children who would otherwise have grown up gay or lesbian receive âgender affirmingâ cross-sex treatments insteadâ.
there is significant evidence of transitioning being the new contagious social condition for teenage girls.

transgender surgery provides no mental mealth benefit, another study says.

Row erupts over university academics who were given a ÂŁ700,000 grant to study the healthcare needs of young trans people
A row between Oxford academics has broken out over a taxpayer-funded transgender study whose participants laud the benefits of puberty blockers for children as young as 13.
The universityâs prestigious Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences was given a ÂŁ700,000 public grant to identify the healthcare needs of young trans people.
The three-year research has now been published, interviewing 50 trans and gender-diverse people across Britain about their experiences, along with 20 parents and carers and covering topics including everyday life, the Tavistock Clinic waiting list, school and family.
However, it has been met with a backlash over what critics call its âhardline trans activismâ.
It was led by Dr Melissa Stepney and Dr Sam Martin, two Oxford researchers who posted call-out adverts for trans interviewees aged 12 to 35 on Twitter by tagging the controversial charities Mermaids and Gendered Intelligence.
The advisory panel features three staff from Mermaids, the charity now being investigated by the Charity Commission over safeguarding concerns, and the chief executive of Gendered Intelligence, which campaigned against a High Court ruling on puberty blockers for under-16s.
It also contains an interview with Tom, a 13-year-old who was asked by interviewers to rebut those who are âcritical about hormone blockersâ and asked âWhat would you say to people that might actually want to try and stop young kids getting blockers?â
The 13-year-old is featured twice, first describing the âreally goodâ reversal of changes in breast development and then to âdescribe the positive impactsâ of puberty blockers.
Other interviewees describe how it is âcruel, just cruelâ to be referred for puberty blockers aged 12 and not receive them until 16, another said they âwould have leapt at the opportunityâ to take them, while another mentioned two suicide attempts during puberty.
While the drawbacks of cross-sex hormones and gender reassignment surgery are discussed in other sections, the puberty blockers chapter fails to mention concerns about the irreversibility of some side effects.
The study initially named Gender GP, a private clinic whose founder was prosecuted for running it illegally, in two interviews with 17-year-olds and on its front page, but this was removed when Prof Michael Biggs, an Oxford academic, complained.
Prof Biggs, an expert in sociology, last week wrote a second complaint to the University of Oxfordâs registrar alleging a conflict of interest between some activists using the study to advertise their own consultancy businesses, and raising concerns with the ethical board.
âMy concern about this research project is shared by others,â Prof Biggs told The Telegraph, who said that an individual interviewed by the project contacted him last year. He claimed that other medical professionals have also raised concerns.
âThis project poses a risk to the Universityâs reputation.â
One parent, who was interviewed alongside 19 others for the study, told The Telegraph: âTrans rights activists have hijacked this study, theyâve used it as a figleaf for hardline trans activism and have recruited from a very narrow selection of channels.
âI only got involved by accident, after seeing an advert on the Mermaids Twitter feed, and they were shocked at how off-script I was. I am under the name Elijah and the only parent without an introduction, without a biography, heavily redacted.
âThe whole purpose of the study was to push for barrierless medication for children as quickly as possible, that was the starting point. It is textbook institutional capture.â
The studyâs list of resources links to the controversial trans charities Stonewall, Mermaids, Gendered Intelligence and the Gender Identity Research and Education Society. The Telegraph understands other parents have also complained to Oxford about the study.
The research, published on the Healthtalk website, was funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research, an offshoot of the Department of Health and Social Care.
A University of Oxford spokesman said it was ethically approved, adding: âThe research team were not commissioned to evaluate any particular service or agency, including private providers. The published testimonies are the real-life experiences of those individuals, and are not intended as advice or to advocate any of the views expressed.
âThe views are those expressed by patients and do not necessarily represent the views of the University of Oxford, who would never endorse or support any regulated activity that has been subject to sanction by the regulator.â
A startling number of social programs and policy interventions work well for girls and women, but not for boys and menâwho often need the mo
More hand-wringing about men and boys experiencing economic and educational equality of opportunity with women.
The only time the institutions need reassessing and laws reevaluating is when women are doing well. They didn't need changing or attention when men were excelling. Why is that, do we think?
