This giving season it is the goal of Play-Place to give gift of play, acceptance, and inclusion to deserving families and schools. Sitting outside my new place of work waiting for orientation to start. I'm so nervous I may pee my pants. This is good tho, steady hours and I can get myself a good route in going. Work 8-5 Monday to Friday plus 2 days at my other job. Gym as many days after work as possible and cook healthy foods. Repeat repeat repeat. I'm getting back on track I'm focusing on me and I'm gonna do wonderful. Change is scary.

Didn't want to come today cuz I've fallen off the wagon. But my team is so helpful and motivating. Ups and downs happen. They help me realize that. Just because I've had bad days doesn't mean I can't still get back to a good place. Down 5 pounds since my last checkup.

My eating is shit and so are my workouts. 😔
