But American hegemony is afraid. They are afraid because if they left Socialist nations to themselves, they would prove they can survive and, in fact, exceed expectations.

Socialist nations manage to do so even when America kills its leaders, sabotages its factories, and cuts of its ties to the rest of the world.

So the imperial core grasps at any failure it can find, because if they did not do so, its interests would be overthrown.
