Hobie Brown being on your side means you get all sorts of freebies. He's always been a giver and he gets real personal about it too. He's always paying attention, especially when you have him over- taking notes on what you like and your interests, maybe an item you saw at the store, a trinket or a tee or anything you take an interest in.

Hobie Brown who's also gonna use every excuse under the sun to get you gifts. Because next thing you know he's secured your valentine's gift, bday gift, xmas gift, thankful thursday gift, saint patrick's day gift, national bsf day gift... You deserve them, he thinks.

Hobie Brown who sleeps better at night knowing you know he's the spider vigilante, cause it makes his life a whole lot easier. It's not to say it isn't scary to hear about the disasters he gets caught up in and the stunts he pulls on the news though.

Hobie Brown who smokes weed recreationally but wouldn't touch tobacco with a 40 ft pole. He hates the smell and would rather not reek of it, esp since being a superhero means he works with kids- and smelling like their mom's cigarette smoke isn't the impression he wants to leave on those who look up to him. Weed is less controversial on that regard.

Hobie Brown who is the type of friend that has unexplainable sexual tension with you, feeds into it for fun, but will still care for you like he does any of his friends. Your banter with him'll feel a little too charged. He'll double down when your jokes start taking a sexual turn, and honestly it wouldn't surprise anyone at all if you two ended up fucking, but even if you did your bond'll remain unshakeable.

Hobie Brown who loves kink and dabbles in various flavors of it. It's one of the non-weed related ways he's able to turn his brain off and dissociate from the world and how he lives in it. This however becomes a little problematic when he outright uses sex to dissociate from his emotions entirely... 👀

Hobie Brown who reverse engineers useful tech and even recreates it for kicks. Mumbles to himself or you about how he's gonna secure a 10mm bolt to recreate the trigger for his newest doodad, even though you have zero fucking clue what he's talking about.

Hobie Brown who is actually out here creating core memories out of shit you normally wouldn't do out of embarrassment. Taking you spray painting on tunnel walls in broad daylight, walking you to the beach at 3 in the morning, howling at the moon w you for shits and giggles.
