Just realizing that I don’t like buzzwords (or at least… words that I perceive as buzzwords) because then people start to sound less varied and unique, which feeds into my feelings of derealization.

I don’t like reading someone’s words that are spoken with the exact words and phrases that I’ve already seen dozens of times beforehand, it’s like everyone is just reading off of a script that I’m not aware of. I guess it’s just a personal hang up, but I can’t help but feel like it hasn’t always been like this.

I’m probably just online too much, but that also seems weird to me. Do people not type like how they talk? Is there a certain internet voice that everyone just equips once they log in? What am I even saying anymore, this doesn’t really matter because when I talk to people irl I don’t have this problem. I really am online too much.

I get kinda sad whenever I see a “how did you realize that you were trans” post because like.. I don’t remember… i forgor :(

I guess it’s also just different for me because there was never a eureka moment for me, I just slowly became more and more gnc until I realized that cis was not a label I felt comfortable with anymore

Like, I was changing my name and messing around with different pronouns and telling my best friend (who is a trans man) about it and how it makes me feel happy and he was like “yeah, that’s kinda what it’s like for me too,” and I remember having a moment where I just thought “huh… interesting…”

and then I proceeded to not reflect on that at all and continued to suppress my trans identity for an unfortunate amount of time👍
