Quantum Universal Optimist Talks Existence

This is a living project, centered around collaboration. I am collecting samples of the elements from all over the world for use in a mandala project in May. I have applied for a small art grant from the event I will be debuting the project at.

The working title is:

Vivens Unita Concordia Intellexi per Societatem et Amor et Reverentia

The project itself was inspired by my 9 year old son’s nervousness about applying for an art grant. He had an idea, but wasn't confident about his ability to make it happen. I immediately noticed how I had spent much of my life in the same way; lacking confidence in my follow through.

So here I am, proving it for him as much as I am proving it for myself.

My desire with this project is to show him that people from all over the World are capable of working together.

Maybe this is for a young boy I knew a long time ago.

Maybe I see that boy in my boy's eyes.

Maybe this project is as pointless as my family thinks it is.

Maybe it's bigger than they can comprehend.

What is certain is:

I must try, or how can I tell my son to try anything?

It must be done together, or not at all.

This is for all of us.

WATER:

I need 2-8 oz, each, of the following: Saltwater from the Pacific Ocean. Rainwater from a Desert (preferably barren) Snow from the top of a mountain. I need a small amount of naturally occurring water from EVERY STATE IN THE USA. Preferably a river or stream, and bonus if it is well known, and obscure, equally.

If you want to include the territories, etc, all the better. This can be as little as a single oz, but no less. Bonus: Water from Standing Rock, with Elders' blessing of course. Water from one, or each, of the Great Lakes Water from the Mississippi (any location) Water from the French Broad River, or tributary. (NC) Water from the New River, or a tributary. (VA) Water from the Ganges River (India) Water from the Nile River (Egypt) Water from the Amazon River Glacier Water, surprise me on this one. Saltwater from the Indian Ocean, Arctic Ocean, and/or Antarctic Ocean. Saltwater from the Dead Sea, Red Sea, Mediterranean Sea, China Sea and/or Caspian Sea Water from a specific well in Avalon, England. Water from a source that is sacred to you in particular, and why. FIRE:

Since Fire is rather difficult to transport from one area to another I am requesting an assortment of the other 3 elements to represent the Fire.

This can include:

Bottled smoke collected in a similar fashion to Air.

Volcanic rocks, or soil, from the volcano they belong to.

Hot springs, or geyser, Water collected on site.

Of course, Ashes from a Fire held in specific locations.

There are cases, such as Hawaii, where the locals have placed negative energy on pieces of the land taken from their home. In such a case, I will only receive an item with written consent and blessing from an Elder of Native blood. All else will be returned post-haste to the sender, and they can deal with the energy they incurred.

Suggestions welcome on all element collection.

In all cases, please attempt to receive consent to retrieve what you are collecting. Even if you are asking your friend. Try to find a local, or if you are alone ask the environment. Out of Respect, I must implore this be done.

I ask that you please bear in mind the number of specimens that are possible to be received. As such, please collect in as small, and unique, a bottle as possible.

All collections sent in will be recorded, to include, return address, collector’s name, and any notable qualities of package. I may even send thanks and assorted gestures along. If response is good, a crowdfunding campaign is certainly going to be necessary for my ability to transport the amount the project may become. Long ago, and far away, there lived many Royal families. They were considered Royal due to their understanding of the World and their care for the people they were charged with. Some said they were descendants of the stars; others that they were descendants of ancient priests; and still others said they were born of the oceans.

No matter where they came from, all agreed they were kind and fair rulers.

Each family overlooked a designated section of the World’s population, and were content to do so. Many, many generations passed with very little struggle or hardships amongst their lands. When one family’s land suffered famine, another family offered food from their harvest. When illness struck an area, the best doctors from all around were sent in to observe and heal. Each people came to consider themselves large and expansive families, from the current ruler to the stable boy, all were known to be integral to the whole. None questioned their role; for kindness pervaded every moment and every action. In this way, much was solved and all felt they were a part of plans much bigger than their own.

After a time, a young man of the largest royal family called a meeting of the thinkers in each family. At this meeting he sat with his lover from another family, and those present recalled they seem to speak as one. This was a common occurrence as the family’s taught deep sexual practice which often resulted in a fusion of mind and soul, as well as body. It was obvious that they had accessed information together that they would now share.

“We have brought Us all Together today for the purpose of addressing the state of the World. We are currently living in an Age of Union through Delegation. This will last for some time, but there will be a time, after our lives, that this world will enter into an Age of Forgetting. This is required for the next evolution of our Peoples. We have come to understand that there is No True Union without Shared Responsibility. This Sharing of All will come through a practice of Collaboration and Respect between individuals even greater, and much deeper than We know today.

Every member of the ruling families are trained in all tasks, from stable work to diplomacy, and everything in between. They are then allowed to choose their own role in the World. While many choose Militaristic, Diplomatic, Management, and other top positions; there have been members of all our families that did choose to work the horse stables or herd the livestock. This shows that all tasks are equal in importance to our people, and keeps our own family from feeling too proud.

This can be considered a glimpse of the True Destiny of Our World. When the people of this world ask for the Royals to step down they will demand the freedom which they see in our lives. They will have little chance of fully grasping this concept of freedom without an education from within their own. They will view the Royals as arrogant, snobbish, and deviants. These views will allow for members of some of the families to behave less than desirable. This will say nothing of their character, unless they allow it to, as their actions will be maintaining the balance. Such is the way of things, this We All Know: If something is Believed by a number of Minds and Hearts, then it may be made Manifest.”

A murmur passed through the crowd. One voice spoke out,

“So, if we refuse to believe your words, can we prevent this from occurring?”

With this, the femal counterpart took the left hand of the male in her right, and they spoke once more,

“No matter the state of your Hearts, or Minds, We know the Truth. We will be leaving our families to enter a land foreign to each of Us. Our families will scratch our names from the Trees. We will begin our own family within the class of people that will become known as the Peasantry, or Low Class. We will teach our families only what they must know to be members of the world. We will be placing our knowledge and all the knowledge shared between our families into the storehouses of our souls. When the world reaches the precipice of the Form We have foretold We will Awaken in our descendants at that present moment. We will take upon ourselves the teaching through Action, and train away the generations of poor practice. This will allow our presence to truly help the world’s population in every way. We imagine it will take more than one attempt, but We will only be able to find each other when success is possible. Through our Union, We see healing being spread in All directions, as is common practice among the top members of each family for their respective lands. In this way, our world will reach a Living Heaven together. Please understand our Eternal Love to The All-Family, and prepare yourselves accordingly.”

In the days, weeks, months, years, and decades following, many other pairs, and individuals, left their families to carry their own Destiny in preparation of the Time Foretold. There is no record of how many departed, and their locations were never known. Some have said, that if the Exodus of Royals had not happened, then the world would have stayed in perfect balance. They purport that the turmoil of the World, as it is known, can be traced to the moment recorded here.

We have all had issues with another person.

A lover that broke our heart, or vice versa. A friend that we had a falling out with. A sibling that is taking a whole different direction in life. An acquaintance that gets on our nerves. The situations are endless.  

What strikes me is so many people would rather avoid these confrontations. What this does is it leaves a wound, be it small, perhaps unnoticeable, but there nonetheless. How can one heal fully if we allow these situations to go unresolved? You may feel better for having ignored it, but how deep is that good feeling?

 Have you ever walked through a public place and noticed the person with whom the quarrel exists(ed)? Did you avoid them, or feel like they avoided you? Is it possible that the latter was a projection? Are we ever certain until the situation find a resolution?

What are the benefits of finding these resolutions? Besides our own benefit, what effect would healing these wounds have towards healing the world? If you have ever considered how we reflect our experiences out into our world, then you may have noticed how much better your life started to appear after resolving anything, social or otherwise. 

Did that improvement show in your work? Family? Friends? Lovers? How far do you think that can reach? Better yet, how far till it stops?

What is even better is when we become active representations of resolution. My example is my son’s mother, let’s call her L. Our relationship started back in high school when she was a Freshman and I was a Sophomore. I remember standing across the courtyard from the entrances to the Band room, and the Orchestra room. Two girls walked out of the doors, one from each, and I was struck by their beauty. I said to myself, “I will date one of those two beautiful girls.” As it turned out they both had the same first name and even share a birthday, same year and all. The other became one of my most valued friends for a time before we lost touch with each other. When I approached L, I knew what I wanted. I walked up to her in the mall, in Hot Topic, and said, “I would like to date you within the school year.” This was in December of 2004, and come March of 2005 we were dating, just in time for her birthday. On April 24, 2005, we shared our virginity with each other after school, it was a Tuesday. What followed was a harrowing relationship of push and pull. It stretched us both to our limits, had slight infidelities, and culminated in her leaving the state to get away from me. I may have been a bit eccentric in my begging and pleading for her. I spent her last night in town under her bedroom window writing everything that came to mind. A letter or two, several poems, and zero sleep, and I met her at the front door as she was leaving to hand-deliver these works. She looked me in the eye, took them, and said good-bye. This entire scenario sent me into a tailspin. I had put all of my energy into wanting to be with someone that felt I was so much they had to go 4 states away. My tailspin took over my senior year. I was a cutter, bulimic, narcissistic, a thief, homeless (due to fighting with my mother), fighting for fun, tried crack, ate pills like candy and even had my heart stop once on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. All of this over my realization that I was habitually pushing away those I loved by loving too intensely; something I went to the far opposite of in my adult relationships. While she was gone I recovered with a seemingly unnatural positivity. She returned for the second semester and said she missed me, so we started again. We conceived our child almost exactly 2 years after we first made love. It was the ONLY time I had not pulled out, and I simply stated, “I would like to finish inside you.” To which she replied, “Do it.” Immediately following we high-fived while stating in unison, “Parents”. Thus our son came to be, pun possibly intended. When she found out she was pregnant, at the doctor's office, she immediately broke up with me and avoided me for the majority of the pregnancy. We offered guilt to each other when we did communicate and overall were unhappy with the circumstances. I got my own place and tried to prepare as best I could. We saw each other a few times throughout the pregnancy, once when I graduated, and other times for an ultrasound and doctor appointment. She called me for the birth, and I made it in time to sit and sing to him for his first 4 hours of life. 

We then made an attempt at parenting together and lived together for 6-8 months. At the end of which we agreed that we were better off parenting in separate houses. (Before our split, I introduced her to a friend of mine. With no intention on my part of seeing them together, though I did have him expose himself to her as an introduction. They have been together for 6 years. Married for 2.) This led to several years of communicating only in reference to our son. This lack of personal connection actually helped heal many of our problems. Once we worked through the surface emotions in our own time; showing our care and affection for each other was easier. It continues to be easier with every interaction, and our son benefits from having parents who are willing to cope with each other’s choices in life. 

So this is a challenge to every pair, or group, of individuals that have had struggles in their history. Mend it. Even if you are only going to see each other for a moment. Even if you feel it is an empty effort. There is no telling what may help heal a wound for someone. Do it to clear the air. Avoid making it about yourself. 

I invite all beings; Past, Present, and Future; Human, Spirit, or Other. If we have had a dispute between us, may we find peace in our resolution, may our resolution echo to all other forms of struggle and dispute, that they, too, may find peaceful solutions. In this way, our world can find balance, through honesty and trust. May all these things be accomplished in gradient progression, so as to allow the healing to take hold and grow into the next stage. We take all these steps for the benefit of all, recognizing creation as the creator, and opening our spirits to receive the blessings of our healing actions.
