#I was gonna say cabbage and cucumber cause that’s what I had for lunch #then remembered I ate bell pepper and cucumber and corn and salad for dinner #vegetable filled day for me #i always make sure to have a vegetable to every meal #usually I go simple and just fry up some cabbage and carrots but yesterday we also made cucumber salad #and I’m trying to be more adventurous but I’d say cabbage is just a really simple choice and it works well to freeze

things I’ve noticed in the UK:

- when you’re jay walking, cars will actively accelerate bc the drivers want to kill you for breaking the rules

- servers in restaurants act very scared and apologetic, so maybe people aren’t nice to them here??? or I could be terrifying

- it’s really cute when little kids have British accents, but I’m unmoved by adults with accents

- extremely good gluten free options. this country is like 20 years ahead of Canada in that regard

- people will give random insignificant buildings names with little plaques. and then that’s the name that shows up on the map. like even a smaller than average family home, you can name it like it’s a dog

- lots of brick and stone buildings. looks cute and charming until you enter one and there’s no air conditioning

- people are still wearing jaguar print. I like this. don’t let it die

The scoop that comes in a can of Folger's is 1 tablespoon.

I don't know how much a tablespoon of coffee grounds weighs.

#6? we use a different measurement in Sweden which is a little more than a tablespoon #and it may be that our water measurements are different as well #but u always put one scoop of coffee for each cup and then one for the pot #is what I’ve been taught atleast
