Last night I took a double dose of a new lax at like 7p did my night time meds + hotcocoa I went to get into bed and relax but my stomach cramped so bad I threw up. Whilst throwing up I ended up passing out with my head in the toilet, vom all over myself (and i had just showered ofc)

At like 4am I woke up and made it back to bed, I fell back asleep sitting on the side of the bed- at 6a my partner woke me up to take him to work, the cramps were back so I went to try to poop, agian the pain made me black out...I got him to work and went back to bed woke up agian to take the dogs out- yall when I say this shit hurt. I have a large pain tolerance; I regularly cxt to fascia and thru nerves ect

By 11a after being in and out all day I finally pooped and my stomach went back to normal- im glad I puked just so I could start at 0c
