I think im low 130s in true weight but if i show up 135 on her scale then im around 131 lbs :0 so so close to the 120s n if im THAT close then the lock in will stay fs 🙂↕️🙂↕️ I cant wait omgomggg !!!! I mean ill still lock in if im insanely fat it js wont b as "positive" .. praying im 137 on her scale or less 🙂↕️

8:22 am n wife left abt an hr ago now, im finally awake enough to get my ass up.. ik how long she works td so I got abt 4.5h to pace td.. and I will b doing so ty very much, I need the cals burned beforehand ! Im gna try n pace as long as possible so that I can burn as many cals as possible :p n its not like I have to subtract anything !! so ik what my actual steps r frm the start... anyways time to wake n bake n then pace 😋

update @ 12:49 am I was even MORE wrong on my food log 😐 wife got us food after I ate the ramen n bcuz I fucked up by telling her I forgot to eat .. thank goodness she goes to work td so I can pace to 7.5k n fast until shes home..I cant give into any food thing she asks aghh 💔 don't know how long she works but this time ill acc remember to ask b4 she leaves this time 🙂↕️ 7.5k steps will supposedly take a couple hours but idcidc I need to burn as many as possible ! I wish I knew where my watch charger was so I could track n do this one walking workout tht helps me burn a lot of cals :(( I also know i am doing absolutely nth tmr so I have the time to acheive this goal... sayyy she leaves @ 8 am ? okay I usually have like at LEAST 4 hrs b4 shes back ^_^ 4 hrs is 240 mins, if i paced the entire 4h w no break, no slowing down, i'd make 24k steps. so I think i can make 7.5k easy 🙂↕️ anyways gna smoke n chill back out until I wanna fall asleep again
got 8.5k omfg my hips n feet hurt n my right knee decided it hates me for this (idc) ... BUT 259 BURNED YIPPEE ! so far then my net is abt 241 😛😛 and if I include the ramen I know im having tn then its 621.. im trying to keep under 1200 at the most, 900 mainly tbh... 621 as a net isnt too bad ig and it shouldnt affect my wl but idrk n im too scared to say i can eat more.. I know i *can* eat 1200 technically but that means I lose 1b a week .. I did do some calcs tho n while eating 900 is preferred...I could eat some more as long as my net stays under. esp since I have literally ONLY had sprite (and counted it wrong..)
I have redone multiple math things to make SUREEE ive done this right but so far ! I think i overestimated how many oz i had left but I have 15 oz rn, drank 10 of them earlier me think.. which means only 300 for the entire thing of sprite. Eating 380 for ramen brings me up to 680.. n if i eat two, its rlly filling for 1k all together, with a net of 801.. idk ik im scared abt itttt but im rlly hungry n I dont want to risk binging so early already .. so me thinks I will wait til wife is home, make two things of ramen n be good ^_^ i lowk want them now but cant risk js seeing the food in the kitchen n thinkin "fuck it" yk?? also I sobered up urgh I hate sobering idc its another hit time
omgomg this is the part abt losing my job i hate - i was very active for me due to being in a warehouse . I have now lost that avenue of exercise n js found out 7.5k+ steps r needed to b considered even moderately active . I need to b moderately active to lose even js 8 lbs in 3 weeks omg 😭😭 oh my GODS I am disordered js got hit w a reality check that apparently losing over 8 to 10 lbs a month is considered rapid . if I drop 8 lbs n show up to my psych (after LYING my ass off n saying tht I was actively trying to NOT restrict after a rlly bad stomach bug) .... I think she will b able to tell buttttt idcidc i can fake my weight EASY + it wont b as concerning bcuz she doesnt have my true weight on the scale n has it 3 lbs off 😋 so thats an extra 3 lbs of safety to get rid of this horrible amt of weight and go back to being as light as I used to be
