Submitted Propaganda: lemony snicket has a strong moral compass and sense of duty but is completely out of his depth and makes insane self-destructive decisions on the regular that push people away and cause him to spiral in his own loneliness. He is the prime example of someone who needs a spren. he needs someone who will understand where he's coming from and offer other solutions besides insane ones. Preferably someone that he can't just ghost or say vague things about his truly concerning childhood to downplay it. Hence, a spren. also some ability would be nice so he stops getting beat up all the time.
