There is no such thing as a âtakenâ prompt, even if thereâs a million fics out there with the same premise, thereâs so many people out there whoâve read every single one of them and are foaming at the mouth for a million more!

Long continuation threads of fic prompts are allowed as I feel itâs more rare for them to get that long than it is for roleplays, lmao!
Iâd prefer if no NSFW prompts are sent, as per the nature of MCRP fandoms having quite a few minors. No hate to those that enjoy that stuff :] Risque / mature prompts are allowed, as per the themes of blood and gothic romance that vampire fiction entails. If youâre unsure on the age rating of a prompt, send it in anyway! This account is run by an adult, and Iâm happy to age rate it for you. Worst case scenario is I donât post it. <3

Vampires SMP AU but the only difference is that Owen walks into Oakhurst still drenched in blood and caked in dirt, so everyone is about 250% more scared of him except Shelby who thinks sheâs just found bigfoot
Everyone (except the starter vamps, cleo, legs and abolish) were dedicated renaissance actors who thought they got sent back in time and are rolling with it. (The starter vamps have been asleep, Cleo and Abolish have spent too much time around immortals to notice anything is off, and Legs has spent the past however long in backwater places and has no idea what year it is) shenanigans ensue.
vsmp fans cant figure out what year vsmp is set in, and now the characters cant either!

hi! it's me, oakhurst spirit/fae louis anon, back on my bullshit again
I HAVE THOUGHTS ABOUT THE FOREST BURNING IN EPISODE SEVEN. because canonically, owen planted those trees originally. perhaps just a small plot of them, but enough to make a large difference in the ecosystem that was then destroyed by the fires.
and perhaps that's how louis met owen at first. owen did a kind, selfless thing that made him impossible to ignore, in louis' eyes. so what happens to louis when the forest burns? pain, i'm sure. perhaps he doesn't see it happening, but he feels it, and he doubles over screaming in pain. maybe that is how his secret is revealed - when the fire burns itself out and louis is weakened almost as much as he was after the pyre.
can someone write this because i am so busy, i don't have the time, but i love it SO MUCH
Oakhurst is place that's treated like a myth, because the barrier surrounding it actually stays up all century long except for that one cursed time every 200 years. It's the only time people can enter the place, and even then, most never made it out alive.
To the public, it's a mystery straight out of the best selling triller novel, but for the organization behind it all, it's nothing more than some ancient devices needing their annual maintenance.
Enter Abolish, the maintenance guy. He's just there for exactly one job. Find the problem beacon at the castle, that keep turning red every 200 years (cause y'know who), and turn it back to neutral. Done! That should get the barrier back up. The barrier that serves to keep vampires in and everyone else out, meaning he's got no problem just walking out as a human. At least, that's how it was supposed to be...
But then some people turned the town beacon orange, and he can't turn that one back, and now everyone's stuck, and how did this become a tug of war with a whole coven of vampires??? Whatever, just stop turning the beacons! They're supposed to stay neutral!
Everyone keeps messing up his work and Abolish just wanna go home lmao

Summary:
Abolish knew that there were vampires, that Scott could be a vampire, but thisâ this is notâ itâs at a whole different scale, because if Abolish has to follow and listen and answer that means heâsâ
âWhat a surprise it must be for you then,â Scott says in a purr, his obvious delight a horrible contrast to the horror coursing through Abolish, âthat you found your sire instead.â
Might use this for something in the future but just consider:
15 years before the plot of Vampires, Morcant rolls up to a church. Supposedly, this is where Reiah and Alaricâs son is being raised. Heâs looking for one Abolish Veylocke.
The kid isnât hard to pick out. Black hair with the slightest curl to it that looks oh so much like his mother. But when Morcant goes to meet the kid, to tell him who he is, to sign the adoption papersâŚheâs not alone.
Thereâs a blond kid, a fair bit younger, practically attached to the ten year old. Bright green eyes that keep watching Morcant as he paces across the room. When he signs the papers, the sister tells him that the boys wonât let him separate them- so he doesnât.
and fifteen years later, Abolish Veylocke walks into Oakhurst trailed by his adopted brother. Martyn Veylocke.
Not complete, and i kinda misread the assignment, buuuuuut:
Abolish Veylocke looks over the edge of the cradle at the tiny baby in it. âIs that my brother?â He asks, looking up at his mother, who smiles.
âYes. This is your little brother Martyn.â The three year old looks back down into the cradle, practically melting when the baby reaches up to grab his older brotherâs finger.

Abolish and Martyn Veylocke press against the back wall of their shared closet. Abolish has his hand pressed against the seven year oldâs mouth, and he can feel the hot tears streaming down his brotherâs face. He hears Martynâs breath catch, and still frozen like a statue, his eyes move up from the floor.
There is⌠something out there. Its eyes glow red and its teeth are sharp. Its hands- no, its <i>claws</i> are covered in blood.
The two brothers stay in the closet until the next morning, when the few servants who work in the Veylockeâs manor discover the gruesome scene.

Morcant Thornvale admits that it had been a long time since he had seen Reiah or Aladric Veylocke. It had been⌠almost nine years, hardly any time at all in his centuries long life, but he was reminded of how much time that was for mortals when he went to retrieve Abolish Veylocke from the church orphanage the boy had been placed in.
Perhaps he should have looked more at the orphanage and its residents before arriving. He did not however, the year-long search for the Veylocke heir having left him far too eager for a chance to do <i>something</i> that could begin to make up for not being able to save his dear friendsâ lives.
Imagine his surprise when Morcant discovered that there was not one, but two Veylocke sons. It was undeniable too, while Abolish still looked as much like Reiah as he had the last time Morcant had seen the child, the younger son, Martyn, was a spitting image of Aladric.
Morcant left the orphanage having signed two sets of adoption papers.

âAbby?â Abolish looked up, spotting Martyn in his doorway. Already knowing what his brother was going to ask, Abolish scooted over. Martyn joined him sitting on the too-big chair in front of the too-big desk in Abolishâs new too-big room. âDo you think heâs safe?â
âLord Thornvale?â Martyn nodded. Abolish thought back to all the times their parents had mentioned their friend, the old Lord Thornvale, Morcant. Even further back were a handful of memories that were fuzzy around the edges, ones of a visit from a man with oddly pale skin and hair that was going white, not grey. Memories of a man that his parents had trusted. âI think so.â

Monster High inspired AU where a character of your choosing is a human exchange student who is finding out in real time that vampires and all sorts of other monsters and creatures of the night are, in fact, real.
i don't remember where exactly I got the idea but basically au where vampires get access to powers that contrast the humans powers in scrolls or something that are found high up instead of in crypts, maybe floating lanterns that hold scrolls or the powers themselves Or maybe sky islands that hold them instead
Specifically I'm imagining that the fire circle thing (I can't remember the name of it) would be contrasted by a vampire ability to control or summon water. And holy water would have hellfire that temporarily weakens humans and their abilities, it's also gives human frostbite like symptoms around where they got hit similarly to how hole water burns vampires.
Maybe the opposite of holy word could be a spell that speeds up surrounding vampires. I vaguely remember an undead type of power so maybe one where a vampire to take on more human traits for a time, possibly eating human food, growing and ageing normally, but it disables all other abilities until the spell ends.
i feel that human would also get some new powers that the beacons awakened and that contrast the natural vampiric powers like being able to clear rain and being stronger on really sunny days or something. Maybe to contrast turning into bats they get some sort of communication with animals or something I don't really know on this one.
If you remember any book powers do tell cause I only watched Scotts pov
Basically human and vampires balance each other out and are opposites that could be strong allies if they didn't try to kill each other. This au best works if we assume that either other types of creature don't exist/died or that other human based species mirrors another species.
also dhampires either : get a random mismatch of abilities, get access to all powers of humans and vampires that they obtained, or get little to no cool powers and only get basic traits like immortality (maybe just gets easier to kill) and mixed human/vampire diet
