As a result, Shelby’s writings on vampires have to go through the organization to be reviewed before publishing. But in return, they handle the marketing and whatnot and takes only as much royalties as it needs to break even from its guise-writers(well, the ones who ACTUALLY know about the supernatural that is.). Shelby, though often annoyed by needing to change some elements(totally not because they’re based on her lived experiences), greatly enjoys this system, considering how the organization also happens to control the number one publisher in the world. Publishing has truly never been easier for her!

Being able to meet up with Abolish every now and then to discuss her next book as a guise so she can hang out with one of the few people still around from oakhurst certainly sweetens the deal…

Scott is cursed and Abolish realises pretty quickly this is not going to be a quick fix, and if he is going to be able to save him, he needs a way to stick around longer than his human lifespan allows. Now, he could go find a vampire to turn him, but he knows Scott would not be happy with that. So he goes down to Scott’s coffin, and takes a small amount of his blood and drinks it. For the next 600 years he has to slowly siphon bits of Scott’s blood, enough to keep himself alive but not too much because Scott can’t drink while he’s asleep. So Scott is getting weaker and weaker, and Abolish is stuck because now he’s started, he can’t stop or the withdrawals will kill him.

Then it’s the last bit of blood that Abolish takes, the one that drops Scott to his weakest level, that finally wakes him up.

The whole VSMP being a popular video game that Abolish is a big fan of. He's read everything in the wikis at least three times, BUT! He's never actually played the game itself. Why? Cause, honestly, it scares him. Be it the horrors or gore or both, the game is just too much for him. He loves the story and lore to bits, but the visuals and stuff he avoided like the plague.

So, how will he do when one day he's suddenly transported into the world of the game? Logically, he should do well, like those op transmigration MCs that knows everything. But knowing what to do means nothing if he can't act on it, right? Will he just need to suck it up and face his fears? Or will he find a path that spares him from the horrors? :)

(extra points if he maintains a calm and composed face the whole time cause that's just his default, but inwardly he's freaking out at every little thing-)
