Evil rpg idea: Force a DM to work around the Schedules of 300+ people

… that would literally be sheer pandemonium even if you could get everyone together lmao

You would HAVE to have multiple DMs I think- and I imagine it’d be more multiple groups that would occasionally interact with each other and their actions would affect the world at large. So if one group burns down a town, the next group would need to find where the refugees went to complete the next leg of their quest. Sometimes you WOULD end up in the same spot at the same time, but it might not last long. Ideally there would be one final boss where everyone WOULD need to sync their schedules though.
