I just want to let the world know that amusingly she looks exactly like my real life grandma and it’s a huge joke in my family that my real life grandma is secretly fighting the robot revolution. (Its not a secret that my grandma is a badass - thats just a fact.)

After failing to keep the personal interactions in game short during sessions, my D&D group ended up deciding to roleplay watch-time and other moments of bonding between two or three character in written form, to not remove time from the campaign (our sessions are barely 3 hours long)  It ended up being something so WONDERFUL to both give more depth to the character interactions and to play more with each other. Not to mention, I’m actually writing, although only in the form of rp.  I’m so happy. 

Whoever had the idea of putting hundreds of top athletes with social media and wifi in the same village over the course of 2,5 weeks, deserves a medal.
